Vacation rentals with a patio in Quartucciu

Everything was absolutely perfect, there was everything we needed and more in the apartment. Federico was very kind and gave us some great tips for restaurants and beautiful beaches.

Emanuele is super friendly and always available. We enjoyed the holidays. The place is great. Shops are nearby and the center is lively. We'll go back.

Tommaso is a very welcoming host and enabled us early check-in, which was really handy. His apartment is central, spacious, beautiful bathroom .. we esp enjoyed the balcony for relaxing in the evenings. We felt very at home. It is a good base for the city and surroundings of Cagliari (we even took bus to Pula and Chia beach). We defo can recommend Tommaso’s apartment. Brigitte & Fergal

We stayed with Federica for two weeks. The apartment is newly renovated, very clean and cozy. It's a great location, very central yet quiet. We felt very comfortable, will be happy to come back. Andrea’s Airbnb made our visit to Sardinia so special. It was decorated in a beautiful fashion and utterly pristine! Very spacious too and fully equipped with lots of extra bedding and towels, a fully stocked kitchen (including an all-important Nespresso machine - with lots of pods!) and tasteful furnishings throughout. Andrea gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and walks. A highlight was dinner at La Nuova Trattoria, a seafood restaurant where Andrea’s recommendations for dishes took us on a culinary adventure. We also hiked up to Sella Del Diavolo and enjoyed exploring Cagliari, which is about a half an hour drive. I would love to return and make use of the standing desks for remote work. Would highly recommend renting a car to explore the nearby areas including the beautiful beaches.

In the heart of the city with shops and restaurants in easy reach

Wonderful apartment, comfortable in all its spaces , super bathroom with a spectacular shower... The house is warm and the bed is very comfortable. It also has a terrace with table and armchairs with a very relaxing view of nature From the house it is easy to get to anywhere you want to go like Cagliari , sea or airport The host is very kind, helpful and friendly Highly recommended

We carried out a lot of research before settling on Casa Delle Sirene. What a find! It was exactly as described and pictured, beautiful inside and out with its own private parking space. It had lovely private gardens with lovely flora and fauna. Inside was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped throughout . The beds were very comfortable and the pillows (which we are very particular about) were the best we’ve ever had whilst away from home, making for very good nights sleep. The kitchen served its purpose perfectly and the showers were great. There was always plenty of hot water. We had a couple of issues where we needed to contact our host. The electric tripped after a thunderstorm which our host sorted very quickly, and we also had a WiFi outage but again the host sorted swiftly. The apartment is only a 50m walk away to a beautiful sandy beach and only a short walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. Perfect location, and accommodation and is highly recommended.

We stayed at Guilia and Lorenzo's place for a week. The appartment was big, spacious (inside and outside). Guilia and Lorenzo were incredibly warm and welcoming and had left us gifts upon our arrival. They made us feel at home and responded quickly to any communications. They gave us great advice on the local areas to visit and everywhere was within walking distance, however we were given information on where to hire bicycles or scooters if we chose to. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a home from home. I would highly recommend Guilia and Lorenzo and their beautiful appartment.

We spent 10 days in this wonderful house. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The house is well equipped and everything matched the description. The location is excellent. You live on a huge property without disturbing neighbors, at the same time there are numerous beaches, restaurants and shopping nearby. Roberto is a great host with a lot of heart, we've never had a better one! Especially after our first week in Costa Paradiso, with landlords who were not at all heavenly, that was particularly good. He always provided us with good tips and recommendations. He responded quickly to every question and was there to help and guide us. Thank you! We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful family stay in this very nice quiet house! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is stunning and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cupboards are very well stocked… you really feel at home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days. 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and had great tips for us to have a good stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

Great house, great host, nice location.

We loved Kate's secret garden so much! So close to the beach, shops, and Cagliari. Very peacefull atmosphere, and a holiday feeling. We could feel the love and care that is put in the Airbnb. It was perfect for our stay with 2 teenagers. And the weather and seawater was still nice in oktober. Thank you so much!

Maria was a great host. Although we never met (we arrived late on Sunday night!) the process for getting into the apartment was easy. Maria was very kind in leaving beer and wine in the fridge, and snacks to keep us going! I really enjoyed the stay - just wish we had been there for a bit longer!

I was here for research and found Carla's place to be an incredible location and space for working and relaxing! The location is in a more residential neighborhood yet only a block away from the beginning of the main shopping street. There were plenty of groceries, bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. Carla was incredible communicative and kind and even helped me in a middle-of-the-night emergency! The apartment is great for 1-2 people, very up to date and comfortable space. 100% recommend.

Spacious, very clean apartment, a short walk from downtown and exactly as you can see in the photos. Quite stocked kitchen, maybe some pans are missing and I would suggest leaving condiments (oil and spices) Equipped with many towels, including the beach. I would recommend the bunk bed more for two children than adults, especially because there is little space to put your feet when you go down the ladders. We were welcomed by Mrs. Maria, very kind and super helpful. Stefania, although far away during our stay, was also always present and timely in her messages. Due to the very hot week, we suffered without air conditioning, but it is scheduled to install it for next year and that will be a great plus. In summary: highly recommended.

Great, spacious and above all modern AirBnB that we would recommend at any time. The place is really stocked with everything you might need. Silvia is also easily accessible and responded to some of our requests. Regarding the location, you probably need a car - but then Cagliari, many beaches or hiking trails can be reached quickly. So you live quite quietly and at the same time can quickly reach many attractions. We loved it!

We felt very comfortable. The apartment was as described and is very lovingly decorated. In the kitchen there was everything you need (including oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, rags, detergent, etc.)! The communication was very friendly. We highly recommend a stay.
