Great place to be! Paola and Alessandro are great hosts: very kind and supportive, communication was excellent and easy. The house is in a quiet area outside Cagliari. Supermarkets, restaurants, roads to all directions close by - car recommended. Very good starting point to explore the southern part of Sardinia. Description and photos are perfectly matching the expectations. The house is well equipped. We were very happy to stay at Paola's and Alessandro's house.

Great & spotless appartement for a small family! Very tastefull interior design, nice bedding and towels, comfortable bed, nice garden and outdoor kitchen and even washing mashine. And especially Andrea is very friendly & helpfull but leaving enough private space. Perfect host.👌 Grazie mille

I travel very often and I can say it was one my best experience. I came with 2 friends mainly to work so we stayed a lot at the apartment and it was very pleasant. It's very spacious, it's clean, and very convenient, there is everything you need. And if you want to go to the beach or clubs it's not far or by feet like 35 min or by car, like 10 min. You won't find an apartment like this in the center of Cagliari. And concerning the host she was absolutely perfect, very nice, very kind, if you have any question or need you can ask her without any problem. If one day I come back I will take this spacious airbnb even if I come alone :)

I had a good time at Giorgio's house. Excellent strategic location for a convenient and quiet area. Yes, it's not brand new, but I'm sure with the improvements already planned the house will become really ideal, because Giorgio is already a great host. Pleasant experience.

Very clean accommodation, matches the photos. Well-equipped. Clean and comfortable bedding. Quiet accommodation. Appreciable air conditioning. We were hosted by Carolina, she was always responsive and accommodating to our requests. Only very small downside, during our stay we did not have access to wifi because of a box problem but it did not have a real impact on our stay. Otherwise everything was very good, I recommend it! Thank you very much Carolina 🙂

Cristina's house and garden are very well maintained. The dogs are very well behaved and have made the children happy. There are lovely beaches nearby. Best to have a car to make it easier to get around the beach.

Matteo provided precise directions and made the accommodation available in advance, so we checked in an hour after arriving in Cagliari. The central location allows you to easily walk to all the monuments and main attractions of Cagliari. Great stay, I recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at this relaxing and cozy spot. We felt right at home in this quaint villa located in a mellow residential area, within about 25-30 minutes from all the excitement of central Cagliari. Great gardens and the table tennis was a lot of fun! Charlotte was an attentive and accommodating host. Grazie!

Our family of 4 was very comfortable and happy staying at Laura’s place. The location is wonderful, just a couple minutes to walk to the beach, running/cycling paths, & restaurants. There are beach chairs and sand toys to borrow for beach time and an outdoor shower to rinse off afterwards. The unit is on the ground level of a small three-floor apartment building with its own parking area. We seldom saw and never heard any neighbors during our stay, so it felt quite private and peaceful. The beds were comfy and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. There were even a few board games in the living area that the kids enjoyed. One thing to note is that the water heater is an eco-friendly one and you can only get ~2 showers before the hot runs out, so it’s necessary to stagger shower times. Laura explained this in a helpful house guide she shared before our arrival, so there were no surprises. She’s a proactive and responsive host and we would love to stay at her place again!

Great little cottage with everything you could possibly need. The gardens are beautifully kept and the house is extremely clean. Host is lovely. The best part about the house is the beach nearby. It's absolutely glorious. Driving away, we regretted not spending more time there!

Everything was fine . Parking and ample space . There was everything you need for daily life, even at our disposal everything for the sea umbrella lounge chairs, etc. , things I had planned to buy.

We had a great stay at the apartment! The communication was really fast and they always asked if everything is fine and if we need something. It’s located in a really cute neighborhood and only a 5min walk away from a lot of restaurants. The apartment was really clean and modern and totally worth it the money. Unfortunately one evening we discovered a cockroach in the shower so be a bit aware of your stuff and luggage but it’s a general thing in Cagliari so we definitely would come back for another stay in this apartment!

Paola's Airbnb was just beautiful. There was everything you need for a comfortable stay and it was clean. Paola is an extremely kind and helpful person who welcomed us very warmly. Her daughter Veronika was also a great help, giving tips for beautiful beaches and restaurants. We felt very comfortable and the location was also good if you have a rental car. We were only 20 minutes away from the beautiful city of Cagliari and yet the location of the Airbnb was super quiet, so you could relax in the evening. A sweet bonus was the turtle in the garden! :) We were very satisfied and thank you again.

Wonderful stay! Enrico met us at check in and was very helpful for any questions we had. The house was just like the description, it is in a beautiful location surrounded by open fields. Since we visited in the winter it was especially nice to have a fire in the evenings. I would absolutely stay here again!

Well located accommodation 5 minutes' drive to the beach. Restaurants nearby and 20 min drive to Cagliari. Very good communication with Eficio and he was a great help so that we could have the place earlier than expected. Very nice stay, I would recommend the accommodation.

We felt very comfortable and had a nice time in the accommodation. From there, we were able to easily reach the east and west coast of southern Sardinia and, of course, Cagliari. Alessandro was very nice and gave us recommendations for the area.

Luca is a 5* host, he was at our disposal at any time of the day and night. He welcomed us with typical sweets on the table and water and refreshments in the fridge. The apartment is clean, has air conditioning in all the rooms and is well equipped (we didn't miss anything). Very practical: a market “Euro Spin” at two steps. The balconies couldn't use them because of the weather, but I didn't find them to be too relaxing because of the street noise. Overall, we loved it. Thank you Luca!

Wonderful stay, really beautiful surroundings, a block from a beautiful beach. Hosts were so sweet and accommodating, they left us a plate of cookies and a bottle of homemade sardinian apertif. Great place if you are looking for privacy. Thank you!
