Monthly Rentals in Pupukea

I just completed a 4-month stay at this property, and it was well worth it! Very nice neighborhood, close to the north shore beaches but tucked away in a private cul-de-sac off the beaten path. I felt right at home almost immediately. The weather up on the ridge is much more temperate than at sea-level, and the cool mountain breezes feel amazing. The unit is located above their garage, and has completely separate entry from the main house. It feels like your own apartment. Jessica and her family were very friendly when I saw them, but I mostly kept to myself and didn't see them all too often. The place was super clean and has regular pest control which is a major plus. As an FYI to any future guests, you will definitely need a car to get down the hill (where there's grocery & bus stop) it's quite steep with no sidewalk/shoulder I don't recommend trying to walk it.

I loved staying in this studio. I felt so comfortable here, and enjoyed walking across to the beautiful beach multiple times a day. It's really such a nice and serene area and gives you a real local experience. Perfect stay for a female solo traveler! Easy to get in and out out the studio and feels very private.

It’s a very romantic little cabin and the green surroundings give great nature vibes. (and those cute chickens!) We loved the interior — all the wood and retro design made it feel very comfortable. We were missing an indoor table for all those rainy days. Something to consider for light sleepers: there are no curtains or shades and you are very close to the road so you always hear the noise from the cars (and morning school bus etc) driving by. Wouldn’t recommend for more than 2 people, but it’s a great place for a romantic getaway:)

Cat’s place is a slice of heaven on earth. The beach access, views, wild chickens, walkable food trucks, snorkeling spots, etc. Rental had everything we needed and more. Lots of extras available to use: chairs, umbrella, sand toys, sunscreen, extra toiletries, water shoes, etc. Rental was clean as can be, well-described, very comfortable, with lots of extra linens on-hand. Location is private, safe, and secluded. Cat was responsive and proactive throughout the process. Neighbor next-door also went out of his way to make sure we were set for success. The North Shore is the place to be and if you’re lucky enough to book Cat’s place you will never forget it.
