I will never forget my stay in the tree house at Saskia’s Airbnb. It’s a spiritual experience with nature and a rustic, simpler way of life. Don’t come for luxury but for something more. I’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s. This one will stand out. Saskia is friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the chickens, the dogs, horses, iguanas, monkeys, etc

We really enjoyed our stay there. It’s a very beautiful and cosy place. Beach access is a few steps away. As a bonus, we tried El Pampa Asador which was a 1 minute walk from Lynch’s place. They had amazing affordable food 😋

We had a great stay here! The hostel was clean, the staff were friendly, and it was a great place to relax for our stay. The breakfast was delicious and so was the coffee.

Wow! We really enjoyed our time here. The pool and breakfast are a lovely way to start the day. Bird watching from the deck was also a highlight. Emanuel was attentive and kind with excellent communication.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Jaco. The property is beautiful and surrounded by nature, providing a peaceful and serene environment. We slept really well each night. The kitchen is outdoors, which we found charming, though we didn't use it much. The beautiful beaches are just a short drive away, making this location perfect for beach lovers. Getting to the Airbnb is a bit of an adventure. We managed with a 2x4 vehicle, but some driving experience is required, especially during rainy weather when the road conditions might not be ideal. Check-in was easy and straightforward. Overall, this is a solid and beautiful Airbnb that we highly recommend.

Beautiful tree house cabin. Stunning view and comfortable beds. Loved spending time and eating dinner on the deck. Also tons of amazing wildlife, there were 2 toucans that visited us everyday. Definitely would recommend this place! :)

Shamir and Diane are absolutely wonderful hosts! The communication beforehand was incredible, sending us a google doc with many pages of guide and assistance! The house itself is amazing +++. If I could give it (and the whole experience) a 6 star rating, I would! Their house is newly renovated, clean and super peaceful. It is just a tiny bit of the main road so a car would probably be best. It is close to Quepos, beaches, and a whole vacation full of activities! I would love to go back!

Fabulous stay. Accommodation was amazing. The pool area is lovely. The breakfast and dinner were good. Ellie the Chef, catered for our dietary requirements which made our stay hassle free and very relaxing. The resident pets were a bonus and enjoyed cuddles with them.

Retreat among the forest, very beautiful property with amazing views of the tree canopy. Well stocked amenities and access to a great jacuzzi. It was challenging to locate the Airbnb at night and with some rain, but Andres was very responsive in helping us find exactly how to access the Airbnb. This would definitely be a recommendation for staying in Monteverde!

Vero & Mau’s place absolutely amazing!!! I loved this place so much. It is an amazing experience. They are incredible hosts. They had a great list of recommendations including restaurants, activities, & drivers. They booked a last minute birding tour that was fantastic. Their glamping dome was spotless & so comfortable. Hot shower & great espresso machine with delicious coffee. It has a great security, amazing views, and an overall wonderful experience. I’m thrilled that i chose this airbnb. We stayed here for one night while stopping through Monteverde. All I can say is this place is spectacular. The view is amazing, the wildlife was abundant. The morning brought a family of capuchin monkeys to the trees next to the property, a bunch of tayras on the ground below and we had a couple quetzals land on nearby trees for photo opportunities. This place will not disappoint, well worth the stay!

Chloe’s Treehouses in Nosara are an absolute gem! I had a fantastic stay and didn’t want to leave. The treehouses blend beautifully with nature on the outside while offering a modern, clean, and super comfortable interior. Waking up to the sounds of birds, howling monkeys, and the scent of tropical trees and flowers was a magical experience. I especially loved sipping the delicious locally produced Costa Rican coffee (a thoughtful gift from Chloe) on the spacious deck while enjoying the serene surroundings every morning. The location is also ideal—just a short, easy walk through scenic jungle paths to Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada, and the town, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, and surf schools. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this place has it all. I also enjoyed chatting with Chloe, the host—she is witty, thoughtful, and great fun—and meeting two of her three adorable pups. Do yourself a favor and book Chloe’s Treehouses—you won’t regret it!

Very nice place, private, quiet and perfect for relaxing for a weekend. Juan took very good care of all our queries and doubts, both before and during the visit. He was very attentive, he was flexible and accompanied us to a hike nearby in the mountains. I would recommend it.

We’ve stayed with Jessica a few times in the past and this time did not disappoint, as usual! The place was spotless upon arrival and really comfortable. The view from the deck is even better than what can be captured by the photos. It’s the busiest time of year in ST and Jessica’s place is so close to town and yet very quiet, away from the noise and dust. Atv recommended to get up the hill, as the listing says. Host is super responsive and can hook you up with atv rentals, etc! Thanks for another amazing stay!

The space is very special and beautiful. The views from the library to the sea and back from the room into the jungle are great for watching animals. The hosts are super nice and helpful, including when it comes to bus travel times, etc. The location is quiet, but thanks to the bikes that are included, Cahuita can be reached very quickly and easily.

We really had a great time at this Air bnb. The location is a little out of the way but easily accessible with a suitable vehicle, and we really liked the quiet location. The large terrace was my personal highlight. From there we were able to observe monkeys and other animals. Andres is a kind person who was always happy to help us with any questions or concerns. Thank youu so much for everything!

This place was fantastic. There was a little confusion getting to it. We were given instructions, but we were communicated with through Airbnb, txt, email, and watsapp so finding the exact directions was tough when your first get there. Remember drive past the tennis courts, to the black gate and up the hill. Now on to the place, it felt really comfortable. There was enough furniture and decorations to create a warm feel. It is right in the middle of trees so there are monkeys everywhere in the morning. Communication with the host was fast and easy with responses coming almost immediately. There was no problems getting in or out of the grounds. The only thing that was missing was a microwave. That is not a deal killer at all. We stayed a week and would definitely come back in the future.
