Treehouse vacation rentals in Puntarenas Province

Saskia is so kind and fun. I'm grateful for my time on her beautiful property. She was very accommodating when I decided to leave early, after seeing how much Nosara has changed. Her land is a haven, tucked away from the bustle in Guiones. So much natural beauty, and lots and lots of animals (dogs, horses, chickens). I would recommend a vehicle if you want to be involved in what's going on around town. I wasn't super comfortable cooking in the kitchen (not the cleanest and only teflon pans), but there's a blender and fridge for fruit, etc. I stayed in the treehouse room, which is so beautiful and open, with the comfiest hammock. Just note that the roosters crow in the trees for like an hour in the early morning (and often sporadically throughout the night). I would absolutely come back for a few days, just with different expectations (and maybe a bike) :)

We had a great stay at tiny beach house, the whole place was just beautiful, and we saw many animals like a sloth or hummingbird. The communication with Lynch was great, he was very open and supportive, I will definitely come back!

We had a great stay here! The hostel was clean, the staff were friendly, and it was a great place to relax for our stay. The breakfast was delicious and so was the coffee.

The Jungle House was beautiful, pool is super clean. the host was very helpful and friendly :)

Loved our stay! Make sure you know before you go that there is no hot water! We boiled water and it used washcloths so it was fine but this was something we didn’t know. There are tons of ants and the cracks don’t seal in the doors so use the mosquito nets. We had THE BEST massage from Paolo’s organization and I highly recommend that! One day we came back and there was animal poop in the sink because the kitchen is outside haha 😆 all part of the jungle experience!

Beautiful tree house cabin. Stunning view and comfortable beds. Loved spending time and eating dinner on the deck. Also tons of amazing wildlife, there were 2 toucans that visited us everyday. Definitely would recommend this place! :)

I recently stayed at this lovely Airbnb and I must say, the pictures online truly don’t do it justice! The space is even more beautiful in person, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. David was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The location is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Plus, the price point was excellent for such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

I've stayed at a number of AirBnb locations. This one -- hands down -- is one of the **best experiences**. The place is beautiful, spotless, relaxing, has the proper amenities... Shamir and Johannes were super helpful, always responsive... and also nowhere to be seen, so you felt really right at home. The property is absolutely beautiful! The surroundings and the views are stunning. Lots of wildlife! The cabin and all of the common spaces are so well thought out. You can tell a lot of intention was put into every detail. Very good energy here and I felt very welcome. The hosts were very communicative and helpful! They had an event going on and family in town, but still took time to accommodate us. I was fortunate to do some treatments with Anne. She has such a calming presence and her spa is beyond! She has very unique, advanced offerings! Samantha was also super sweet and helpful and has a very good knowledge of Costa Rica and gave great recommendations. I will definitely return to this place and I would love to plan a retreat and come back with a group. Thank you for everything :)!

We absolutely loved staying at this gem of a home! It really felt like a “get away” vacation: surrounded by the natural beauty of Costa Rica, trees, wildlife, views of the ocean… Pura Vida! I was joined by my husband and three kids ages 6, 7, and 9. We were all able to disconnect and enjoy the start of an unforgettable vacation. We all loved going on the porch to search for monkeys, relax in the pool after a day of adventuring, and having access to a washer/dryer was such a great perk after all of the activities. Certainly looking forward to staying here again.

OMG! Simply stunning. Beautiful modern and immaculate treehouse surrounded by nature. We saw Coatis in the garden and a sloth in forrest track which is part of the garden. We woke on the first morning and from our bed opened the electric blinds to the most stunning view. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. Andreas was an excellent host and responded almost immediately every time we asked a question. A must is to visit San Lucas treetop restaurant. Book well in advance! Food is Michelin star quality and the concept is outstanding. I cannot recommend this treehouse highly enough. I only wish we had booked more than two nights. Thank you Andreas for making it a special stay.

Most beautiful view from an AirBNB that I have ever experienced! I would definitely stay here again! Monteverde is gorgeous and I could sit on that gorgeous balcony all day long ❤️

We had an amazing stay at Chloe’s treehouse. The kitchen the stocked with fresh/local fruit, coffee, milk and some welcome drinks (which we so appreciated!). The treehouse is absolutely beautiful, and has everything you need to make you feel at home. The plunge pool is so nice and we used it often to cool off. Chloe’s restaurant recommendations were great, and she would message us and let us know if there was anything extra going on (monkeys to see, turtles on the beach). We would definitely stay here again!

The place is so beautiful and great location. We stayed only one night because there was a problem with the electricity, but they handled it very well and were super nice. I would love to stay there another time!

The objective of getting away from the noise of the city was fulfilled, a quiet and peaceful place, excellent if you are looking for a place where there is peace, nature and tranquility.

Absolutely spectacular in every way! The suite was light and airy, incredible views, stunning architecture. Peaceful surroundings. Joe and Susannah are real gems and we truly loved getting to know them (and the dogs and cat). The food was exceptional. Lots to do in Drake Bay: we barely scratched the surface after being there for 4 nights. We would absolutely stay there again.

We’ve stayed with Jessica a few times in the past and this time did not disappoint, as usual! The place was spotless upon arrival and really comfortable. The view from the deck is even better than what can be captured by the photos. It’s the busiest time of year in ST and Jessica’s place is so close to town and yet very quiet, away from the noise and dust. Atv recommended to get up the hill, as the listing says. Host is super responsive and can hook you up with atv rentals, etc! Thanks for another amazing stay!

OHhouse was the perfect place for our first (but not last) Costa Rican vacation! It was exactly what we hoped to find - a place that felt connected to nature. It was so beautiful we didn't want to leave! The attention to design and details were amazing. We loved that we were close to Tamarindo, but staying away from the hustle and bustle. Gladys had a lot of great recommendations. Loved every second of our stay and hope to come back soon!

Nice secluded spot up on the mountain, good location if you’re looking for a true off grid experience. Very accurate to the listing, and the message sent of warnings of it being a jungle experience with bugs and a hike to get to. Definitely wouldn’t recommend trying to lug a suitcase or a lot of goods up to the treehouse. We did a river hike from the base camp with waterfalls and swimming pools that was the highlight of our two week trip. It’s an interesting place you’d be hard pressed to match elsewhere. Only negatives aren’t on the host or the property, if members of your group struggle with terrain they may have difficulty reaching the house. A decent 4x4 is also required to climb the hill as others have noted. We did see monkeys, snakes, and a ton of different birds. I would recommend to any adventure seekers.

We really had a great time at this Air bnb. The location is a little out of the way but easily accessible with a suitable vehicle, and we really liked the quiet location. The large terrace was my personal highlight. From there we were able to observe monkeys and other animals. Andres is a kind person who was always happy to help us with any questions or concerns. Thank youu so much for everything!
