Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Puntarenas Province

We have stayed on many occasions in Caribe Sur, but never in such a spectacular place as this one. The environment is just wonderful! A 100, super recommended!!!

Jenny is always attentive, very kind. The location is very good, it costs a little to see the sign because of the size so at night it can be difficult, everything else is excellent, nice house, pool and property.

Amazing accommodation, all very nice and tidy, the hosts are always attentive and the very spacious house can accommodate several carts the rooms are large and the patio with the pool everything is perfect, the location is the best part near restaurants, supermarkets and 20min from Tamarindo and maximum 30min from other beaches, I would definitely come back!

A fully-equipped home. Very private and secure Ideal for visiting with family or friends. It features a pet space. Close to beautiful beaches like San Juanillo, Marbella, Junquillal and Playa Blanca. In a quite rural area of Guanacaste. With customer service from Alejandro excellent and very fast. A 10/10! Highly recommended! :)

A gem right at the Pacific coast! It was a perfect getaway for our family! Spacious, very flexible in cooling the rooms, just few steps from the beach and the pools, a private garden with an outdoor shower, perfect and stable internet - we had everything we could even dream of. Isa was always responsive for the local recommendations and any questions we had. Amazing place, definitely recommend?

The house was spacious with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It had a big kitchen which was well stocked with everything you needed. The laundry room was very useful. The pool out door area was lovely as was the balcony on the top floor . We really enjoyed our stay and when we had some queries they were answered quickly .

We have been sent the very accurate address with deluxe description. Upon arrival there were a few leaves in the pool (it is an atmosphere very full of vegetation) and immediately came to clean it. At night we were visited by a raccoon, you have to keep things well. We had no trouble with the parking lot. It is close to supermarkets, beaches and the rescue center. Very nice place, with a lot of vegetation and we could see some animals on the property (guatuzas and raccoons). If they can improve the water on the pipe it would be great (maybe with a filter or something). There was drinking water from garrafa.

We were totally immersed in the beautiful ocean sunsets, the sound of the rhythmic waves landing on the shores directly outside our Airbnb, the early morning sand beach walks, the sight of fish as we snorkeled a few hundred feet away, and the relaxing mornings on our front patio. There is a wide variety of restaurants in the area. These were perfect days. Our first night we were awakened several times by restless barking neighborhood dogs. The next evenings were fine. We feel the dogs became accustomed to us. Know that we never saw the dogs, so we never felt threatened. Definitely recommended.

Great place and very friendly and sweet hosts! This is a place that I want to go back to!

Everything was perfect, close to everything, great location, I was walking and manage to find everything that I needed, only had bad luck with next door neighbors ( very loud group of people) but that can’t be Fernardo mistake! Fernarno is great host, he responds so quickly and with right help, highly recommend the place, you will not be disappointed for sure!

Erica’s place was very nice and comfortable and safe. The deck was a perfect place to eat meals or read. I loved how close it was to the beach and shops and restaurants. If I ever return to Sámara I would definitely stay again.

The apartment is in a great location, safe area and very close to the stadium and Sabana park.

If you’re in CR, this is a great deal!

Great location with lovely views of garden/tree tops; brief stroll to coffee shops, small local restaurant, tiny whole foods grocery store. The apartment itself is fairly small, but pretty well-equipped. We stayed for a week and could cook and do laundry and explore the region very successfully. Wifi worked, shower worked, laundry worked, kitchen had basic supplies: all positives that are sometimes hit or miss in other places. It was occasionally a bit chilly, so I wished I'd brought slippers. Got to see lots of birds and monkeys in the garden. In general, a very pleasant spot.

Incredible place in an awesome location. The terrace and view were priceless which we got to enjoy daily for meals and conversations with our kids. It was so peaceful that it was hard to leave every day. We saw some beautiful wildlife daily from the terrace. Lucio is kind, always available and quick to respond which made our stay in Tamarindo much more memorable. Apartment is very comfortable, spacious bathrooms and kitchen and overall great condition. Highly recommend it!!!!

We loved staying at this side of the beach in Jaco and the layout of this small cluster of 3 story condos. The apartment directly faces the pool with clear view of palms and the ocean. Swimming in either was heaven. The apartment is spacious (noting a walk up of 3 stories) and includes two terraces one with a roof and table for meals. The beds and showers were luxerious. We also enjoyed the evening enterainment of going to the roof top deck to see the sunset. It was just spectacular and part of the routine of the development, where everyone takes their drinks and head to their roof deck. The place has 24hr security and shaded parking with super friendly staff. We loved it.

I absolutely love Manuel Antonio and this location was beautiful. The host is very helpful and very kind. I will be back! I loved the view from my room.

Jose’s Penthouse was perfect. This was our third trip to Jaco and we came with more people so needed a larger place and this definitely met our needs. We had 7 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together or even find some alone time if needed. The view was amazing and the pool was extraordinary; it was well maintained, nicely designed and there was always a lifeguard. Thank you so much…we will be back!

Vincent's Tamarindo condo is a traditional CR condo in a location that is convenient to the Beach, downtown Tamarindo and other walkable locations. It is on a side road off one of the main Tamarindo roads. True addresses don't really exist in Costa Rica so be sure to get GPS coordinates for wayfinding. We had to pick up keys at a different location and were driving in the dark, so was a bit difficult but were helped by someone at Horizon Pacific properties (very nice.). Would be great to have keys onsite for ease of arrival. Vincent's place was very clean, EXTREMELY well-supplied kitchen and thoughtful gift and amenities. Complex was a mix of renters and long-term residents and there is a small pool to use. It felt very safe and secure. The condo was generally quiet and easy to keep zone-cool. Be aware that this part of CR does not flush toilet paper, FYI (had not run into this before in CR.). Vincent was very friendly, offered suggestion and was very responsive; would stay here again!

Condo was very well equipped, grounds and resort were outstanding. We can't say enough how much we appreciated Randal's quick response and willingness to help when we had questions prior to arrival. We will definitely book again when we return to Costa Rica!

Christians place was fantastic! The villa was very clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely during the hot days in Jaco. It’s a short walk to the beach and many local restaurants. I would definitely stay here again :)

We had an amazing time at Casa Del Nomada. My parents and I stayed for two weeks to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday. Carol was a wonderful host. She met us at the place as soon as we arrived and answered all of our questions throughout the trip (we had quite a lot). She also set us up with a driver to and from the airport and surf lessons for my dad. The place is beautiful. The whole third floor was ours with two rooms on opposite ends of the penthouse. The wood furniture is immaculate, and everything was neat and tidy. The living room windows are sliding doors that open to allow air to flow through and cool the place down. The kitchen was well-equipped with cutlery, a pan/spatula, cups, bowls, plates, mugs, etc. The oven and stove both worked well, which was important for us as we cooked 2 and sometimes 3 meals a day there. Both rooms have their own balcony looking out over the surrounding area. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms have their own A/C, shower, and toilet. We got our first round of groceries on the way into town with our driver and rebought whatever we needed from the Vindi close by. The highlight of Casa Del Nomada for me was the rooftop gym with seats, tables, and a hammock looking out over an incredible view of the surrounding vegetation and the ocean. I worked out almost every morning with the most amazing view. Birds flying above the trees, butterflies dancing. I loved it. I also spent a good amount of time relaxing in the hammock, just being present and enjoying the moment. We split our evenings between going down to the beach to watch the sunset and having snacks and drinks on the roof. The place is also in a great location. We were only a 10-15 minute walk from most of the places we wanted to go (at our walking pace). You do need to go up and down a few hills to get to the house, but we appreciated the exercise. We could've taken taxis, which are pretty cheap and available almost everywhere you go in Tamarindo, but we decided to walk everywhere during our stay. The wifi went in and out a few times during our stay, but for the most part the internet was fast and allowed us to send each other the pictures and videos we took each day, make video calls, check emails, etc. There's a TV in the living room but we didn't use it that much. We mainly just hung out, relaxed, chilled on the roof, and made food. Overall, we had an amazing time staying here. It was an experience for the memory books and I'd highly recommend Casa Del Nomada to anyone looking for their own space in a great location and a rooftop view of the surrounding area.
