Vacation rentals with beach access in Punta Santiago

The condo exceeded expectations! The views were absolutely stunning, and the space was spotless with comfortable beds. The host was incredibly responsive and flexible, making the entire stay seamless. The location is perfect—central to everything you could need. The pool was fabulous and well-maintained. Don’t hesitate to book; you won’t regret it!

Highly recommend this spot. The photos are accurate, the view is amazing. There is a relaxed, serene feel here, especially with the warm ocean breeze coming through the open windows. Breakfast on the balcony was a treat. Comfortable beds with soft linens. The beach in the front yard has velvety sand, no rocks or shells, and great boogie boarding (2 boogie boards provided, as well as beach chairs, beach bags). The beach has many palm trees if you need shade. Walk to many restaurants, also close to Luquillo beach and El Yunque. Hosts were responsive and helpful with local recommendations. Would stay here again!

Marilyn was excellent, great communication, always quick to help. Her place was beautiful, clean, spacious, has all amenities and appliances. Very cozy and the view? Spectacular! Easy walk to the beach, the locals were very friendly and courteous. Many places to eat and the pharmacy was close by as well as the car rental. I will recommend to all my friends this Airbnb, I absolutely loved it and will definitely come back!

We loved your place and really appreciated the extra touches like the water filter pitcher in the fridge with ice trays in the freezer (that weren’t stale tasting), the comfy bed, the coffee, and the cute decor (your dog is so cute!). This condo offers beautiful views from the balcony that allowed us to unwind and feel like we were in paradise. The bedrooms were spacious, clean, and the host provided toiletries that were very functional for us to use during our stay. The front staff were welcoming and answered all of ours questions. The host Rita was very attentive and accommodating to our needs when communicating with her.

I can't say enough things about these wonderful hosts. First part of our trip was canceled due to a snowstorm no problem. They were very accommodating. The airbnb is immaculately maintained well stocked beautifully situated on a gorgeous beach with lots of fabulous amenities in the living areas. t They made us feel right at home I would definitely go back and recommend to any and all who might be thinking of coming to this location. a A sincere thank you to both of you

Our weeklong stay here was paradise! The space and layout of the house was perfect for us and our 3 teen/young adult boys. Everyone had their own private space as needed and the outdoor and indoor gathering spaces were perfect for meals, coffee, card games and relaxing! Our youngest loved hunting on the accessible beach for sea glass and other beach treasures. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return!

This was my first Airbnb venture, so my expectations may be different. The pluses were the 1 bedroom house, small pool, and beach located steps away from the house were as advertised. From the hostess statement and reading previous renter’s good reviews was one of the two main reasons I chose to stay here for the week before Xmas with my fiancé. The property is well kept, secure, well lit at night, and has a modern interior decor. This is best time of year if you want quiet, there were lots of vacancies. We didn’t have any renters on both sides. I would go back next year if this home is available for a week before Xmas. We had problem getting the French doors on the house to unlock. On the 3rd morning after I had locked the door for the night we found ourselves locked in. We called the hostess who called home manager and he brought a locksmith. The door was stuck high on the door frame. Other problem was the 2nd bed has unsecured wood slats holding the mattress in place.

Such a beautiful home! The beds were absolutely amazing! The nature surrounding the home was very peaceful and created a great island feel. :) The host was very responsive and gave great recommendations on transportation! Will definitely be staying here again, thank you!

The apartment is in a great location, extremely safe and with quick access to a great beach. It came with all sorts of beach equipment which was extremely handy when on holiday. The AC also works great. We felt the communication from the hosts was lacking a bit and the apartment could’ve been a little cleaner, but other than that everything was ok.

We loved our stay here. With the pool, hot tub, ans beach, we didn't have to leave the property to enjoy PR. Very close to fun excursions, beaches, and restaurants

This was our fourth time staying at Damaris' guest house. We are already planning to return next year and will be staying at Damaris' guest house again. We highly recommend Damaris'. Great price, great location.

We stayed at Liamm and Petes with our 1 year old and 3 year old. The backyard is an oasis, the pool, gardens, small fountain and outdoor eating area kept us all occupied for hours. The walk to the beach and park was super convenient. The wildlife reserve a 5 minute walk down the not very busy road was a highlight. The park does host two beach "bars" that got loud on the weekend but nothing a sounds machine couldnt conquer and our kids still slept great. We had a terrific stay and would definitely stay agian!

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marcos' place. The back porch, with its unobstructed view to the beach, was fantastic! The kitchen was quite functional, the property was very secure, the climate control in the first- and second-floor bedrooms was terrific, and one member of our party really took to the very private bedroom on the third floor, accessible only by an exterior spiral stairway. On top of all of that, Marcos very diligently took care of us during an island-wide power outage, refueling the whole-house generator for us as necessary. We had a terrific stay!

Great location, amazing responsiveness from hosts, as well as they give you tons of recommendations for things to do locally. Being right in the marina is great for booking things to do. Highly recommend the Okeah restaurant nearby, highest quality kitchen on the block.

What an absolutely wonderful time we had in Melissa's space! It's designed so intentionally and generously for guests, everything we could have needed was there, and it all looked so beautiful! There was plenty of space and comfort to rest after a day at the beach and we really appreciated the provided beach gear that we weren't able to bring ourselves. With two kids, we often stay at AirBnBs with bunkbeds, which are usually wobbly death traps (am I right parents?)... but the bunk bed at Melissa's space was so sturdy! Such a relief for parents! I can't recommend this space high enough.

Diane and Luis were incredibly responsive making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. They went above and beyond when our other place canceled on us last minute. Beds were comfy, place was clean, plenty of towels. Beautiful views. We will stay here again for sure!

We enjoyed our stay everything was clean and just as pics looked online. Jose was very responsive and respectful we will continue to use him on our trips to Puerto Rico. The price was good also over all I give 5stars!!

This was great and as described. Easy walk over to Wyndham restaurants and great access to pools/ hot tub. It was well equipped with beach chairs and towels and kitchen items. We never saw chairs preset on the beach, but just used the ones provided in the apartment. Would totally stay again!
