Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Punta Ala

We were six adults, two children (3-year-olds) and one infant staying at the house for a week. It’s located in a secluded spot with a large garden and beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape. We used all of the five bedrooms upstairs and they were dark and cool. The kitchen and living room downstairs also stayed cool. Right outside the kitchen there’s a really nice spot that’s in the shade for the most part of the day, where we had most of our meals. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a dip in the pool. However, you definitely need a car to get around. The gardener came around several times a day to maintain the pool etc. We appreciated this, but might be good to know if you’re looking for complete privacy. We also had some issues with the bathrooms; one toilet and a shower didn’t work properly but were fixed within a day and this didn’t affect our experience. The washing machine didn’t work despite repeated attempts by the host to fix it. The barbecue is in the trash room.

Amazing home! Cozy and location is beautiful. Sunsets on the terrace are breathtaking. Isabella is very kind and accommodating and provided great recommendations. The place is a short drive to many restaurants and grocery store. Would stay again!

Michela was a fantastic host. Check-in and check-out were super easy and flexible. She put together a great guidebook of restaurants, beaches, excursions, etc. Everything exactly as described - we especially enjoyed the lower couch lounge, as well as the small beach right in front of the house. The kitchens are also equipped with everything you might need. The road is a bit noisy, as Michaela openly communicated, but it didn't bother us any further. For strong coffee consumers, I recommend taking a Bialetti or similar. Otherwise, capsule coffee machines are available. This accomodation is truly a gem and we are so happy we found it. The scenery is breathtaking and we enjoyed the absolute calm. The house is beautifully decorated with so much love and care. We recommend to bring all necessary groceries upon arrival because the house is way out there. Once there we found no reason to explore the neighbourhood, hence dove into pure relaxation. Fortunately Martina offered one of her dinners which was truly delicious! However, if you don’t like bumpy roads and rather long drives, we do not recommend this place as a base for sighthopping/seeing. Instead it offers everything to unwind in serenity. Maybe worth mentioning: we were traveling with our kids (8&10) who also loved it there and always felt welcome and invited to play freely! We are very much looking forward to our next stay at Ripostena ♥️

We had a lovely time in your apartment. The amenities were very good, dishwasher, stove with oven, modern furniture. The apartment is quietly located near the beach, with a small garden. A good starting point for things to do in the surrounding area.

We felt extremely comfortable with Italo and Simona. We were welcomed by Italo on the first day with homemade pizza, which we greatly appreciated - especially after the long trip with child this was very pleasant. He also had already provided us with his own olive oil and wine from the winery. In addition, he and Simona kept bringing eggs during the whole stay and there were even gifts for our 3-year-old daughter at Easter. The two are really very accommodating, nice and very lovely - we enjoyed the time with them incredibly. They were also always available if we had any questions or anything else. Our daughter was still allowed to borrow some stuffed animals and she had a huge joy in the cats and horses who lived in the vineyards and roamed the garden from time to time. The house was very nice, super clean and very well maintained. The kitchen had a huge stove and was very well equipped. Glad to come back!

Claudia was wonderful, in welcoming us and in her availability during our stay. Very helpful and friendly, she made us feel at home, part of the family. The places are splendid, both from a landscape/naturalistic point of view (the Casentino National Park is an enchanting place) and historical cultural (Arezzo is about 40 minutes by car and several villages in the surrounding area, in addition to the Hermitage and the monastery of Camaldoli). If we have the opportunity to return to the area, we will choose Claudia's house again.

I traveled with my three adult daughters to this incredibly beautiful and peaceful villa situated in the Tuscan countryside. It is an ideal location to use as a base when exploring to surrounding area. Filippo and Maria Teresa were welcoming hosts and treated us like family . We hope to return in the future.

It was very great with Giovanni. He showed us everything about the possibilities that exist in the area with a map. The pool is wonderful, you can relax wonderfully there and of course swim. The complex is very large and well maintained, we were able to play there superbly with our 15-month-old child. In addition, Giovanni brought many great things for the little one (play tower, high chair, toys, etc.) Monika was also super sweet and helped us with everything. Thank you for everything. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay at Piandarca. Davide met us at check-in and showed us to our apartment. After check-in offered welcome drinks which we enjoyed in the nearby veranda. The entire property is beautiful, with plenty to explore. Very pet friendly as well (a few dogs, cats, chickens, etc.). Plenty of amenities available, including optional extra's. We took advantage of a cooking class on-site one rainy afternoon, which was led by Anna and Davide in their on-site kitchen. As a group of Americans who can't speak any Italian, taking a cooking class led by the lovely Anna who can't speak English, was a very entertaining evening (it's all in the hand movements!). Luckily we had Davide to translate for us when needed. Our stay was the first week in October, and while the pool was open, it was too cold to use.

A fantastic time. We were very satisfied with our 2 toddlers. The apartment looked much better than in the photos. Sparkling clean and well equiped kitchen. We had the most fun by the pool, beautiful views, and super quiet. Only 45 min. from Pisa Tower. The hostess was very nice and helpful. We will definitely come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Barbara was gracious and great to work with. The house was charming and just as great as it looks on the listing. The property and grounds are amazing. The town nearby was fun to visit with everything you need and lots to see. You are also in easy driving range of the other main Tuscany towns. Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

Alfredo is an excellent host, responsive, helpful and informative. The accommodation was as expected and the location is idyllic.

Host always present and available to solve any need, cozy house, clean, nothing is missing, the kitchen is super equipped, including dishwasher. Nice fenced garden for those who want to travel with their dog. I recommend it!!

My family came from the UK, Germany, and the US to Liesbeth's place for a grand reunion. We had three young children and they absolutely loved the property, the pony, Polly, the swings, the pond, and the trampoline. Even though it was too cold to swim, we loved hanging around and wandering through the olive groves. I think if it was warmer, we would have had a tough decision whether to stay and enjoy all the outdoor cooking and swimming opportunities or venture out to Siene and other areas. The three apartments were great though it was tough to pick a central kitchen and living room to congregate. The beds were comfy and there were tons of bathrooms and showers. We explored Siene three times because it was only a 30 minute drive. The Etruscan necropoli close by was a cool hike as well as walking along the river near Colle D'Elsa. It was the perfect home base for all the area offers as well as a great spot to stay home and spend time together; a long stay is highly recommend.

The apartment was very large and cozy. Nothing was missing, better than my home! Super equipped kitchen, basic necessities present and even more. We also found some welcome gifts that we really appreciated! Gianluca is very nice and helpful. This is my first time booking through Airbnb and I can say I was very satisfied! We also had our dog (7 month old Labrador) with us for the first time and there were no problems. Very available on this side too. I'll definitely go back to Gina's place if I go back to the area. Paola's place was just wonderful! It is on a perfect location, overlooking the small but cosy bay of Morcone with its clear blue water. The beach can easily be reached via private stairway. The apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay, including A/C. Most of all, it has a great outside area, including a BBQ area. We especially loved the big terrace where it is very nice to linger in the soft sea breeze at sunset. The beautiful and lively town of Capolivery is only a few minutes away by car and there are plenty of nice beaches around.

Had all necessities needed. Helpful neighbors with check in and check out. Good location with free parking!

We took very little advantage of the potential of this apartment, because we only needed it for a nightly support, but the house is really nice. Immersed in a quiet and bucolic setting, really well furnished. Super Recommended.

Daniele was a perfect and very nice host. The accommodation inside and outside was also 100% what we had hoped for. Highly recommended!

Boggina was such a beautiful setting for our two families. There is no air conditioning, but the house kept beautifully cool by using the shutters in the day and using fans at night. The bedrooms were dreamy, full of trinkets from families past. The pool was fantastic and we enjoyed a lovely wine tasting tour! We basically didn’t want to leave! Many thanks team Marco 😊

We found the apartment very clean and as described, and the hosts were very friendly. They gave us tips for excursions upon arrival. Anna Maria and her husband have created a little paradise here. If you are looking for peace, you will find it in this beautiful environment. The terrace is not only perfect for sunsets, but also for the view of the starry sky! The space was sufficient for us with two children, as we were mostly outside anyway. We can recommend the small shop in neighboring Colle d'Orano. We enjoyed the week in Patresi very much!

We had a great time. the location is surrounded by the main amenities of the village and the beach is about 8-10 by foot. Very suitable if you had young children, because there is Bibbolandia in the area. Simone is very available to resolve any issues.
