Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Punta Ala

The stay at the Capocontro estate was very satisfactory. The entire old village is a jewel set in the greenery, with spectacular views of the woods of the Val di Chiana. The place is tidy and clean, picturesque and elegantly retro. Piero and Lella are very available in communications and suggestions of places to visit and eat. We loved the peace and quiet of the place, as well as the pool with a view. We stopped little and the weather was a little capricious, otherwise we would have enjoyed the exteriors of the farm more. Only small mole: the dishes and the fridge were not really immaculate, but nothing that can't be resolved with a sponge shot. Highly recommended for both a short and long stay, so you can enjoy the quiet of the place and visit the surroundings.

We were six adults, two children (3-year-olds) and one infant staying at the house for a week. It’s located in a secluded spot with a large garden and beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape. We used all of the five bedrooms upstairs and they were dark and cool. The kitchen and living room downstairs also stayed cool. Right outside the kitchen there’s a really nice spot that’s in the shade for the most part of the day, where we had most of our meals. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a dip in the pool. However, you definitely need a car to get around. The gardener came around several times a day to maintain the pool etc. We appreciated this, but might be good to know if you’re looking for complete privacy. We also had some issues with the bathrooms; one toilet and a shower didn’t work properly but were fixed within a day and this didn’t affect our experience. The washing machine didn’t work despite repeated attempts by the host to fix it. The barbecue is in the trash room.

The house is beautiful, it reflects the photos. The room for the boys upstairs with a sea view is particularly appreciated. The spaces are well-structured, even the outdoor veranda is well set up, we took advantage of it for breakfasts and some dinner, comfortable outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. Pozzarello is a short walk from Porto Santo Stefano, also reachable on foot through the pedestrian wall built on the former railway. The house is in a very quiet area, close to small beaches and also very beautiful hiking trails, with enchanting panoramic views. For us it was the ideal base for visiting the various coves that offer a beautiful sea! We highly recommend it!

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

My family of 5 including an infant, toddler and teen, had the best time at il Paluffo. It is a stunning property, the natural pool is unique and refreshing, they offer a ton of activities, local recommendations, and communication was always easy. Claudia, the manager, simply the best! She recommended us an amazing public pool in the hills of Tuscany, great for kids, and suggested some of the best places to eat nearby. It felt like she always had our best interest at heart. We would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to everyone we know!

My partner and I stayed for a week with our medium-sized dog. A relaxing stay, spacious and well-stocked house and a strong point in the garden! In addition to us, our dog also appreciated it so much. Antonio and his wife are really kind and helpful, always ready if needed Beautiful Family Living!

We loved our stay at Giulia’s - it was like home from home and had everything we needed. It has beautiful surroundings and is great for cycling! Giulia was very helpful with recommendations and friendly too.

Mel is a fantastic host and the place is exactly like in your most vivid Tuscany dreams.:) It's not our first time here and we absolutely loved everything about the place (will be back for sure!). Place is great..... Waking up in the morning and enjoying that view is priceless. There was everything in the house, especially in the kitchen. I think it is strategically located 20/30 from all the main attractions in the area.

Originally booked outside the old city, temporarily because of the heating problem, the host changed us to the apartment in the old city, although the quality and experience was better, we had to find a parking space ourselves and pulled our heavy luggage to find a place to stay in the steep old city, very exercise and mentality, thankfully the host's grandson and granddaughter (very friendly and nice teenage) came to receive us and prepared the room for us.

We had a great time. Family of 2 adults and 2 children, Francesco has always communicated with us through airbnb with punctual accuracy and above all kindness! Thank you very much! The house is as described, perfect for a few days at the sea, just a short walk from the square and the center of Porto Azzurro, and a short walk from the beach of the floor. Cute, with air conditioning that's no small thing. We'll be back

Andrea and Emmanuel are great hosts. They're on hand to help if you need them. They were very helpful to us. We highly recommend the place, with a car you have access to lots of places and street parking is easy. Close to beaches and historic places. A peaceful place.

Sonia was great and so was her place. The view is amazing. It was a fairly short walk down to the water. The walk back up to the place is a good way to work off the amazing food you will be eating!

Marco's apartment is nicely designed and tastefully furnished. Very nice view from the dining room. Marco was very kind and available for any request. We will definitely be back

Great location, so much so that we never used the car in a week. House without air conditioning but not too hot. Small but very suitable apartment for a couple even with 1/2 children thanks to the large outdoor area, very useful especially for meals.

Crazy location. It's totally downtown. The accommodation is in the pedestrian part of San Vincenzo but parking is convenient and a two-minute walk away. And even if the house is in the center, it doesn't get people's noise. In fact. The house is nice and functional. Not too appreciable things: having stayed at the beginning of September the rail traffic increases and you can hear enough in the master bedroom. Until 1/9, the steps were definitely reduced. The shower drains poorly, too bad. But it's an easy problem to solve. The bathroom is in the center of the apartment and is blind. There is a fan for air exchange but it is not always enough, especially if the guests are numerous. But nothing is really missing in the apartment and Massimo is super available in everything.

My husband and I had a small vacation at Mauro's place that exactly matches the listing description and I join the other guests' reviews in the pleasure of choosing this apartment. The location is perfect, a quiet area (at least in winter) but well stocked with supermarkets, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. The main street of Follonica also lives in the middle of winter, well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay and is also easily accessible on foot, both from the seafront and from the beach that is a few meters from the apartment. From the living area you can enjoy the sea view and its sunsets, just past the small pine forest in front, and the accommodation is very clean and very well equipped. Mauro was always available and present as well as attentive to meet our needs, I would say a very friendly person. Ultimately, I would highly recommend staying in Mauro's apartment.

Cozy and pleasant house, well stocked with everything. When you arrive, good cleaning. Great location, close to the pine forest and beaches. We spent about fifteen very pleasant days. Responsive and helpful host.

We felt right at home in Laura's apartment. It was nice to get to the beach so quickly and with a short walk into the village. The beds were comfortable, the two bathrooms very convenient. The communication with Laura was easy and she had time to greet us personally and lead us in your apartment. We would book the apartment again immediately, the location was excellent.

Very good stay, a perfect little town by the sea, excursions to visits to monuments, everything was very good.

I can totally recommend. Beautiful and clean flat with a good kitchen to cook. Beach is very near and besutiful.

Everything was great - Leonardo was a very nice host and we found the apartment very well equipped, everything was perfect. A small beach is on your doorstep - wonderfully private in the morning and evening - Public Beach during the day. We enjoyed the barbecue and also the lovingly equipped apartment. It was wonderful to hear the waves from the sea in the evening.
