Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Puerto Vallarta

This place was such a blessing. I had an emergency situation come up and needed a place to stay asap. David was very quick, accommodating, and responsive to all my questions. I was able to check in less than an hour after messaging him! The place itself is perfect for long term stays and the internet is strong and steady which is crucial for me since I am on video calls all day. Very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, and a convenient water delivery service. The included weekly cleaning service is a great amenity- Olga is just the sweetest <3 Looking forward to staying in the future!

This was my 4th stay in the unit. There is a reason for this. I started one review with Location Location Location, because it is in an ideal spot. Joe Jacks fish/seafood restaurant is just a few doors away. Same with a Starbucks, and the Saturday farmers market is about 2 or 3 blocks away. Also a well stocked market has most everything you need and 3 blocks away. The building and unit are beautiful. The windows, and balcony sliding doors, are double-pane windows so the unit is very quiet. The bed is a king size and for me, very comfortable. Always enjoy my time in Yuri's unit. And I think you will too.

I loved our stay at Leanne and Lawrence’s place. The bed is super comfy and you cannot beat the views. The rooftop pool was also amazing! I am sad to be back in the Colorado cold :(

The place is just as described, everything is spotless! The home has everything you need to stay. The area is quiet. There are restaurants and shops nearby, even better if you take a car to move. I recommend it!

Gynna's condo was a true delight. We felt instantly at home thanks to the beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities. Gynna and Rogelio were exceptional hosts, attentive and responsive, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Malecon, Costco, and other shops. We're already planning our return to Puerto Vallarta and wouldn't hesitate to book with Gynna again.

From the beginning they accept the reservation, they are very attentive and are always waiting for your arrival. Excellent facilities and very nice rooms. 100% recommended.

Rob's apartment is a hidden gem, perfectly located within walking distance of the city center and nearby restaurants and shops. The stunning view from the room is a standout feature, and the responsive hosts, Rob and manager Alfredo, ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel pool in front of the apartment plays lively music on weekends, which can be slightly loud. However, the music stops by 11 pm, and closing the windows effectively reduces the sound to a barely noticeable level. Weekdays offer a tranquil atmosphere with the soothing sound of waves. The apartment boasts a comfortable mattress and stylish furniture, creating an inviting ambiance that makes it hard to leave. Highly recommended for those seeking a convenient location, breathtaking views, and a memorable stay!

We had a wonderful time at Lupita’s place with our 2 boys. The condo is well stocked with towels and kitchen items and we had plenty of room to spread out. Lupita is a wonderful and kind host and was always one step ahead with communication. The condo is quiet and the pool is large and made for a relaxing time. What makes this unit stand out is the access to Vidanta. It is a standout resort with amazing amenities. Getting there takes some patience and learning while you transfer golf carts. The pools at the Grand Mayan have something for everyone and you can easily spend an entire day pool side with activities and relaxation. Highly recommend walking to the beach for sunset, and crepes at the Mayan palace. We found it necessary to stock up on groceries as restaurants and stores are a bit of a hike from this unit. We were able to easily take cabs or Uber when we needed. We are leaving relaxed and grateful for the Mexican hospitality. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We had an amazing stay at Todd's place! Everything was exactly as advertised. The rooftop pool was a highlight—we used it every day and barely felt the need to hit the beach. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of a walkable area filled with fantastic restaurants and galleries. Despite being on the second floor and surrounded by the buzz of 24/7 parties, the condo was impressively quiet and peaceful. We loved every minute and would absolutely stay here again!

Sandra's place was a good fit for my wife and I. The one bedroom, bathroom and living area were perfectly adequate for our needs and the kitchen permitted us to cook most anything. Air conditioning worked just fine. The building has five floors but we enjoyed being on the first since we could walk over to the pool in 30 seconds. The gym was even closer and we used it a lot: has three aerobic machines and a weight apparatus that was pretty good. We discovered a wonderful Asian restaurant, Tuk Tuk, about two blocks away and the supermarket was even closer. All in all a nice location. Sandra was available through the AirBnB app with no delays and Jesús who lives in PV met us on the first day and came over quickly when we had the occasional issue.

Place was exactly as described in ad. Ozkan was very committed to us throughout our stay and offered any assistance we needed. It is located in the heart of the night scene, so walking everywhere was a breeze. Kitchen well equipped if you want to prepare something, but many restaurants close by if you don’t. Property is pristine clean. I would definitely stay here again if we make a return trip.

Alain's property was absolutely perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay in Puerto Vallarta. The suite was the perfect size for two couples and very comfortable. The rest of the complex is stunning. There is a large, lower pool area just above the ocean with a 30 m pool for anyone who would like to swim laps as well as a rooftop pool area which had stunning views and a beautiful pool. As one other review mentioned, the listing does not mention the incredible food available on site. You can order for room service or eat at the restaurant. We ate there quite frequently as the food was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. That being said the property is on the edge of the Zone Romantica which is easily reachable via the beach or a short Uber ride. We had excellent meals at both Bonita Kitchen and La Palapa which were recommended by the host. Alain was very helpful and responsive. We briefly lost hot water and the problem was fixed within 3-4 hours.

My stay at Lorenzo's condo was fabulous. The unit was beautiful, as pictured, the furniture was comfortable and functional, and the kitchen was amply equipped. The rooftop pool and lounge area had gorgeous views, everything worked beautifully, and there was lots of room so that it did not feel crowded. The best thing about Lorenzo's place is the location, right in the Romantic Zone, just south of the river, 3 blocks from the beach and accessible to all the best restaurants, stores, open air markets, and nightlife. The condo staff were helpful and friendly, and if there was an issue, Lorenzo got back to me right away. I would highly recommend this host and these accommodations.

This apartment is beautiful and the balcony has a nice view of the ocean. It's very clean and well decorated. It's also very open and spacious but the sleeping areas can be closed off by using the pocket doors that are hidden in the wall for privacy. The pool area on the rooftop is incredible. The location is excellent and the host is very responsive. This was my third time visiting PV and I would stay at this Airbnb again.

Great place, centrally located and able to walk to the beach, shopping and plenty of food choices. Communication was excellent and very helpful. Building security was also nice, friendly and helpful. We look forward to staying again.

We enjoyed Pauls place! Excellent location and view. The kitchen is well stocked with great cookware. Paul is a responsive and helpful host. The beach bar at the Icon is so convenient. Great staff!

We celebrated my 40th birthday at Alan's home. We were a party of 9 (7 adults + 2 kids) and had more space than we could ever wish. The house is easy to find by uber/taxi and is very secure. The home looks better in person...the pictures don't do it justice. All rooms functioned as expected except one shower in one of the rooms didn't function properly. However, there were other bathrooms so we adjusted accordingly and didn't alert Alan or the house managers. We loved having the option of Rosa and team cooking authentic Mexican meals in the comfort of our home. We used Rosa twice for dinner and she's very very good! Food was the best Mexican I've had...and I've lived in Mexico. We really appreciated the house manager being available for nanny service. We used Carla for 6 hours to nanny our girls while the adults had adult time on another floor. We would definitely return to the house. It was just amazing!

Jaime’s place along with his team of Monica and Jesus worked very well to make sure our stay was comfortable. This is a safe and friendly area where local residents of Puerto Vallarta live. Jaime was there to greet us with a cold beverage when we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked and has an air fryer/over/toaster and a 5 burner propane stove. Large fridge with freezer. We did a major shopping when we arrived and there are local grocery/fruit markets and a bakery within walking distance. The extra large king size bed was heavily to sleep in! We had a very enjoyable stay!

They welcomed us very warmly. We received good service from Enrique, and Elba cooked us delicious food. The house is very nice, it met everything described in the listing and we were very grateful and happy.

It is an incredible accommodation, in addition to beautiful it is great in terms of space, cleanliness and functionality; Alan is very attentive and kind, we had a wonderful family vacation. Highly recommended.
