Beach condo vacation rentals in Puerto Vallarta

This Airbnb was a gem. Walking distance from the beach, rooftop pool, good ambiance. Truly don’t see myself booking anywhere else in PV!

Everything was perfect except they were still cleaning when we arrived. Check in was at 4:00, it was about 5:30 before they finished cleaning.

Loved this Airbnb! The place actually is better in person. Everything is clean, it feels homey and the views from the rooftop are amazing. Not to mention really great hosts. Awesome communication and so helpful. The place is close enough to everything but far enough for peace and quiet. Loved it and will be staying here again when I’m back in PV. Thank you Lara!

Omar and Barry are amazing hosts, this condo has a great location, 2 great pools, 2 bathrooms and was spic and span clean! I highly recommend this air bnb! Thanks and will be back for sure!

Absolutely loved this condo. View was my favourite part. Simply stunning. Very bright and spacious. Huge balcony. Fully equipped with everything you need. Josh had excellent communication from booking and throughout our stay. Covered pool was great for our young fair children. It was great having a small bar there with snacks if you wanted something you didn’t bring from your unit. Not a lot right nearby for restaurants but we did like Baklava. We took Ubers and taxis into town. Only downside might be the rocky beach. Our kids liked being able to boogie board which you can’t do there. In my opinion the quiet and epic view is worth the lesser beach. Overall I highly recommend this condo. You will not be disappointed!

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay when visiting PV. Beautiful space, spectacular views, perfect accommodations, super convenient location. We loved everything. We were traveling with our two sons, ages 20 and 18, and our 18yo said it was the best vacation we’ve ever taken. We sat on the patio morning and evening to enjoy the warm breeze, played cards and games on the outdoor table, slept well, relaxed at the pool, and explored restaurants and activities from there. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. We also appreciated the ability to do laundry. All tenants/guests were friendly as well as staff, plus being very welcoming. We would love to visit again and would definitely try to stay here again.

My family and I are already planning another vacation to Puerto Vallarta and we definitely plan to book here again. Everything about the unit was absolutely fantastic!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay at this gorgeous condo in Puerto Vallarta. It was the ultimate blend of romance, beauty, and privacy. From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the ocean, especially during sunset – absolutely magical! The condo itself was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. We loved having the private balcony where we could enjoy quiet mornings with coffee or romantic evenings under the stars. The location was ideal – close enough to enjoy the charm of downtown Puerto Vallarta but tucked away just enough to feel like our own little sanctuary. The host went above and beyond, providing thoughtful touches and local recommendations that made our stay even more. We can’t wait to return. A huge thank you to Hanz concierge extraordinaire for all his help and support throughout our stay!

The place is excellent, the location is good and the apartment was in excellent condition. Super recommended, no problem all 10!. If you're looking for a place to be quiet, being able to get out and about but also spend the day in the pool or beach, it's the ideal place to stay.

Beautiful location, super private but lots to do in the area as well. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming as well as helpful. We loved our stay and the owner was extremely helpful and gave excellent instructions. Will definitely be back in the future!

The ICON and Lucinda's condo is even more beautiful than the pictures. Safe, clean, private pool area and beach area with food and beverage service. Super comfortable bed and great views. Convenient to airport and short cab ride to downtown. Can walk to grocery store and a smattering of restaurants. Saw lots of whales in the bay.

This is a wonderful unit! Every room is gorgeous, the beds are very comfortable, amazing deck and living room and well equipped kitchen. We loved staying at this unit and the building pools were incredible! It was a very quick walk into town, easy UBER as well. We had a masseuse come in one day (ask staff - her name was Lily) and a private chef one day, which was awesome. The only thing we didn't realize when booking was the having a restaurant on site meant we could not take our own snacks and drinks to the pool. It was fine, but it meant we went back to the suite often for food/drinks that were a bit healthier than those offered. The staff at the building were incredible and so helpful! You simply can't go wrong booking this unit.

Susan's place was a peaceful stay in PVR. We enjoyed the soft sounds of the ocean from the room and the rooftop pool area. I traveled with my elderly mother, and this was her first big travel after her knee replacement last year. The building was very handicap friendly, having an elevator and an appropriate walkway outside, as stairs are not easy for her. We enjoyed the walkability of things close by and the delicious street tacos! We already miss the blissful roaring ocean and stunning rooftop views!

Clean condo, fast response time, clean surroundings and great beach, everything worked as it should from booking to lock up at the end. Thanks for great stay!

Alvaro's place was a fantastic space to spend with friends. The views and facilities including the rooftop pool was really spectacular.

This condo is beautifully set above Zona Romantica. The view is stunning and panoramic. The rooms are lovely and comfortable. The host is responsive and quick to take action. The walk to and from zona romantica/old town can be a little tricky due to the steep Calle Hortensias and charming cobble stone pavement. But Uber is an easy option to get where you want to go from this gorgeous hilltop Puerto Vallarta getaway. Highly recommend.

Great place! The location is right in the middle of restaurants AND the beach. and love the fact that our dogs were welcomed.

My stay in Paolo's apartment was exceptional. From the first moment, access was very easy, and the security staff was always friendly and attentive, which made us feel welcome and safe... The apartment is located in an excellent area in Nuevo Vallarta, minutes from the beach and with multiple options of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it ideal for a comfortable, carefree stay... The facilities are modern and well cared for, the pool is a great plus, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the weather. Also, the cleanliness and comfort of the place exceeded my expectations... Paolo was a very attentive host and was always available for any questions or recommendations. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable and well located stay on the Mexican coast.

Accommodation for family vacations, quiet, super clean, meets the description of the place. Excellent attention from Thomas, pending any need or doubt. Totally recommendable.

Everything's perfect. very good service from start to finish. take my pet and there was no problem at all. the only thing is that the bathroom soap dispatcher and the dishwasher dispatcher didn't work well.. but everything else is perfect.. excellent cleanliness and service

We’ve visited PV a number of times and Sky Suite A at Vallarta Shores is by far the best place we’ve ever stayed. We had a group of 4 couples and a king room with our own bathroom for each couple was fantastic. The commons area was so comfortable for everyone to hang out, and the private pool was in use almost constantly. It’s about 10 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Zona Romantica, so we ended up walking everywhere. The best part of our week by far was chef Rodrigo. Not only does he prepare incredible food (our group raved about his chilaquiles 🔥), but he’s just an incredible human being. He’s so kind, accommodating, and made us feel right at home. Like one big family! We’ll be forever grateful for the memories made at Sky Suite A and hope to get our group back someday for another unforgettable week in PV with Rodrigo.

The property is really nice and easy to get in and out. The host is very responsive and attended to everything we needed.

We loved our stay at Luis’ apartment. It was spacious, clean, and the furniture/decor was beautiful and well put together. The best part was the gorgeous view of Puerto Vallarta from the balconies. We enjoyed spending our evening watching the incredible sunset. We also saw whales! The AC works really well so we were always comfortable. The apartment is about a 20 minute walk to Zona Romantica. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes because there are a couple hills and some stairs. The shower water was always warm and had lasting warmth even after I washed my long, thick hair (very important to me LOL!). We didn’t use the kitchen but the appliances were really nice. One thing that could be improved is adding a few more pillows to the bed. There are 2 decorative pillows and only 2 sleeping pillows in total. Having 4 sleeping pillows would be ideal. Overall we loved it and would recommend this stay to family and friends. We will def be staying here again in the future! Thanks Luis
