This is a single studio apartment present inside pearl resort. the apartment is clean and exactly like how it is in the photo. full marks for that and would recommend it to other - 10/10 But the whole resort per say where the apartment is located is not the cleanest.- 6/10 kandhan is a friendly and a good host - 10/10

I found the stay exactly how it was described in the listing - super clean and tidy rooms with a big terrace/balcony. I simply loved sitting in the balcony and absorbing the cool morning air. Amazing locality with attractions like Aurobindo ashram and rock beach just 5-7 walk away. The caretakers were very friendly, polite and warm. All of this made our stay really worthwhile. I can recommend this place to anyone looking to stay at Pondicherry.

Kudos to the team managing the property. I have never experienced such a seamless stay before. The moment we reached the property, a messaging group was created with the property manager and his team, the host and myself. The group had details about the responsibilities of the team and who takes care of what, including the language they speak. If I had any concerns or requests, I would message the same and it was promptly attended to. The team is extremely humble and committed to making the experience memorable. The property is nestled in a quiet locality away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is surrounded by lush green trees and has a serene vibe. The pictures are accurate and it is very clean and hygienic. All the amenities are provided by the host and his team. They also provide food at the property and I have to complement the chef on preparing the meal as per our customisations. I would definitely recommend this as a must stay!

A great stay, for a number of reasons. The staff were great communicators, and very helpful throughout my visit. The apartment was exactly as described in the photos and description - which is always a relief. What made it perfect for me was the location. I really wanted a location that was central to all the main features of Pondy, and most importantly a place that would make it easy for me to explore the city on foot. This accomodation provided that. It was an easy walk to the beachfront, restaurants, to the railway station at night where all the food stalls are (you MUST try the mutton pakoras, incredible!) and to money changers etc. It's a great city to walk around, and I did plenty of that. Thanks again, would highly recommend.

Kakoli’s place is a private & quiet place to spend a few days. The mansion is vast & old school and has a lot of charm. The rooms are spacious & comfortable. The location is close to the main attractions in Pondy. I recommend

amazing place mrs mehak was extremely helpful and baked us cakes and yummy food. amazing host the breakfast was the best we ever had. they also have a club 500mts away and they throw great discounts from the club as well. overall amazing place to be in. we went with a 2 year old kid and they helped us with everything for the kid as well ..

The stay was quite pleasant and peaceful. The property is located right at the centre of the city, making almost every place easily commutable. The rooms were very clean with bathroom fixed with geyser to have hot water available 24x7. The room has Wi-Fi, TV and AC making the stay more comfortable. Basic utensils are provided along with induction cooker and refrigerator. The bedroom has two cabinets to help you keep your stuff. Even the security guards - Ali and Ghous were very kind and really helpful, they are the go to person as they double up as the caretakers for the place. All in all, an awesome stay experience.

We ended up staying at one of their other properties called Maison which is in White Town only. We stayed in the room called "Joy". The place was the perfect space for a weekend getaway for two. Moreover, the spacious balcony gave a really good vibe throughout the stay. Had little complains regarding the coffee sashes and milk powder sashes not being in place, for which I had to go down to ask them to arrange. Other than that their South Indian breakfast is decent as well. And lastly, since we had checked in really late in the night, they were kind enough to let us check out at 12:40ish despite having a strict policy of checking out at 10 a.m.

Manora Residency is a wonderful place to stay. It doesn't have all the frills and fancy stuff of hotels but has the basics and is clean . Most importantly the owner, Mr Vengeswaro, his manager John and other workers are just brilliant and cannot do enough for you....they made the stay feel like a home away from home....thank you all including Sundari, Shakti, Sylvie and Victoria :) The place was so nice that we stayed on a further 2 months I'd give it 11 out of 10 .

Host's Anup and Mehak were very friendly and way too responsive. Staying in "Petal" was very peaceful and compact.

Accommodation was very comfortable & Tidy. We had a pleasant time staying there. We brought our 1.5 years old twin sons doubting how the property would be but we felt safe and hygiene. Projector was very comfortable too as my toddlers didn't get any chance to pull the cables or monitor etc. Thanks for hosting us. I really appreciate it.
