Preeti’s home was an absolutely lovely place to stay! The place has excellent proximity to the promenade, rock beach and white town and the French quarters. Her home is abundantly spacious and contained all the amenities that were listed. Preeti was extremely helpful, always responsive and proactive. Particularly appreciated her brilliant recommendations for cafés and restaurants! The car parking is just nearby the home and Preeti guided us well in that respect too. The check in and check out also went completely smoothly. Highly recommended!

Awesome stay and host, enjoyed staying here. Very clean , spacious and no nonsense house with all necessary amenities. Quite informative host and accommodative too, and infant/toddler friendly too! Would definitely recommend for families to stay here and enjoy their location peacefully!

Great place with amazing austere look. Place is located about 10kms from white town, away from all the hustle and bustle. Marc is always a call away and Sughanthi akka is a life saver

The stay was very peaceful, good locality as well. The house was very clean and tidy, all the amenities required during the stay was available right till the first aid box. Loved the way all the switches at home were labelled to avoid the hassle of finding the right one. Uday was kind enough to give us flexible check out option as we travelled back from Pondicherry late at night!! Overall a lovely experience and a great host!!!

We rented the private hut space in the property and I must say, we felt home instantly! The Hut was so cozy and welcoming and it was exactly and more than what we expected. I wished that the ceiling of the first floor was even higher as we had to crawl every time we had to move. however, we got used to that too quite soon as it brought us all more together. We were allowed access to the common areas of the property. It is extremely well-maintained and it's heaven to be there. The kitchen had everything we needed and it's great we could cook ourselves, make ourselves some tea. Vignesh was a very kind and generous host. He showed us the other rooms which I'm looking forward to booking the next time I'm in Auroville. if you're looking for a place that's away from all the noise, amongst nature, economical, functional and feels at home, this is the place.

Awesome, it was exactly how it is described with all amenities working. Love this place and I recommend to all who wants to be at home away from home. The house has everything that one needs to run a family. Just a small request to all anticipated guest to not to smoke inside the house as that keeps the house as home.

Best stay ever... Felt right at home and everything was taken care of pre-check in. They have thought even small beautiful things like a message board with local recommendations and welcome message. Very helpful in recommendations and we even forgot some of our stuff back there which they were very considerate to courier us to our home. Best thing is everything you want to explore in Pondicherry is walkable from here, we felt really happy to be staying right in the middle of french colony. Beaches, restaurants, cafe, lounges, everything is just a 5 min walk. I will visit here again for sure.

Very nicely maintained and beautiful home - very kid friendly for my little one. Sandeep was very kind with late check-in. Rock beach and french town are walkable distance. We had a very memorable stay!

Great place for a bigger group. Close enough to White Town.

Absolutely loved the place at an accessible and incredibly location. The entrance makes you feel like you are entering a secret hideout in the middle of the chaos. The balcony is a blissful people watcher’s paradise! Ayush and Kuharaj are accessible at all times and incredibly friendly! They even manage a pub down the road which has just the right vibe to let your hair down. One of the best airbnb’s I have stayed at so far!

We had travelled to Pondicherry for a few days around new year’s eve. We were hosted by Mr. Pattnaik at his homely airbnb. The house is very well maintained with all the facilities including a washing machine and electric stove. It has a cool four poster bed and a vintage typewriter which steals the show. The location of airbnb is very close to the beach and the house is well lit and breezy. The only slight hinderance was the low water pressure in the shower. Otherwise, it was all lovely! The icing on the cake was the host himself. He is a well educated and sincere person. He gave us a full brief of Pondicherry, it's history, places to visit, places to eat and useful tips. He also gave us a small gift on new year's day. It was a pleasure knowing him. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely recommend staying at this place in Pondicherry.

Beautifully set up apartment! Cozy, stylish and very comfortable as well. Anjali was a very responsive host. We were traveling with a 1 year old and had questions about the road noise and mosquito situation and she gave us clear answers and we felt confident to make the booking. She had thoughtfully stocked the fridge with bread, eggs, milk etc to ensure we didn't have to step out for breakfast. We got a good night's rest thanks to this place and highly recommend it!

My stay at this Airbnb in the heart of Pondicherry city center was nothing short of perfect! The apartment was absolutely lovely, with a neat and clean setup that made it feel just like home. The location couldn’t have been better – centrally located, it was incredibly convenient to move around and explore everything Pondicherry has to offer. A special mention to Ms. Pushpa, the host, who was an absolute gem. She was always available, incredibly helpful, and managed everything with such grace and efficiency. A sweet and smart lady, she ensured everything was in perfect order without being intrusive. This place truly exceeded all expectations and provided an exceptional stay. This property is exquisitely designed catering to every aspect for a comfortable stay. It is pristinely maintained and had all the amenities for our extended stay. The host has taken great care to create an inviting asthetic and vibe in the property. The kitchen is well equipped and we really enjoyed cooking our meals there. The brilliant and inviting collection of books, made it very difficult for us to leave the apartment and explore the place. The property is centrally located from the usual attractions and we found it easy to plan our excursions. The host is very responsive and prompt with recommendations and support when needed. Vivek was very helpful and accomodative during our stay. vivek went an extra mile to secure our luggage which was left behind and hand them over to us, it was very humble of him. The stay was overall really good, and we loved the ambience it portrayed. A must visit for people who want a stay near aurovile and will definitely come back again.

The stay was awesome and very near to rock beach and white town ( french colony) and which js exactly as per the photos and beach view . Owner gave us full information and overview about the places and he helped us for renting scooter . Stay was clean and neat with good calm surrounding very close to the city with a very beautiful beach view in the front. We can witness beautiful sunrise in the balcony. He helped us a lot and I would suggest everyone who are looking for a beach view stay near city.

Hi! Our's was a family group, staying at Chetana & Ahuti's place over the weekend following Christmas, and I must say, the stay was nothing lesss than fantastic. Right from the kid to all- across age groups, everyone felt at home at Ahuti's place. An extremely tastefuly done apartment, that blends so well with the Pondy vibe, every corner matched the pictures and description. The kitchen, facilities, rooms, furniture, everything is perfect. We are definitely coming back soon and recommend the place. It's walking distance from the Beach, Restraunts and French town and everything including Bikes/ Self drive cars are available nearby. Ahuti has been super proactive and responsive and the hosts 'well deserve' the Super Host tag. Wishing everyone well and a very happy 2025 👍

Convenient and nice place to stay in Pondicherry. Varthika and her father were very kind and generous with their time, helped me arrange transportation, and had great suggestions for the visit. The location is also perfect - in town near the ashram and with churches and temples within walking distance, but still very quiet and peaceful at night. AC and WiFi were excellent. Hope to stay again next time I'm in Pondicherry.
