We had a great time, a very clean and tidy house, equipped with everything you need, sea view and absolute tranquility. Federica is friendly and very helpful for every need and very accurate in providing us with information. What can I say, a perfect vacation for those like us, who want to unplug away from the tourist chaos.

We felt very comfortable in Loredana's house. Both apartments are comfortably furnished. Everything was very tidy and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beach is about 1 km from the property. There is a hotel near the accommodation, often you have heard loud music from the animation team of the hotel, which did not bother us.

Fantastically quiet holiday in a fantastic location and TOP LANDLORD We felt very comfortable in the apartment for 2 weeks. From booking to departure, a perfect friendly quick communication with Antonio, so it has to. Arrived at the apartment, we found a very personal "starter package" with food and drinks, so you can start your vacation carefree. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you might need. The apartment and the small complex are very well maintained and quiet. The view from the terrace is a dream, you almost don't want to make excursions;-) Also the pool: a dream overlooking the sea. The place is very quiet in the low season, 2 small supermarkets have everything for everyday needs, for the "bulk shopping" you go to neighboring places. The beach on site, fine sand and turquoise waters, the beaches north and south of the coast, all typical of sardinia are also fantastic. All in all: full recommendation

We were very comfortable in this little house. With everything you need to feel comfortable. It is located in a small village in the mountain overlooking the ocean. Close to the sea and close to good restaurants. If we come back in the area we would definitely do it again!

I really liked the apartment! Great location for exploring the northeastern part of Sardinia. Very nice beach 10 mins away by foot! Barbecue area, wonderful terrace! The house had everything you need, even an umbrella for the beach. The host is really helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back to this apartment the next time we visit Sardinia.

Everything went great! We booked very spontaneously and it was not an issue. We were immediately sent a map, directions, and more. Very friendly and accommodating. The accommodation is sometimes a little less modern in terms of furnishings, but very clean and the sea view directly from the bedroom is breathtaking. Porto Corallo is a very cute place, with some great restaurants and a cafe. We felt very comfortable there. We would recommend a car to get there from the airport and to discover the beautiful beaches in the area (Costa Rei and boat tour from Arbatax on the Costa Baunei highly recommended). The nearby Villaputzu is also very sweet. All in all, we recommend this place.

Great experience at the house of Elena and the friend Francesca who manages check-in/out. Communication was perfect since booking and the house was perfect for 4 people and our dog. The perfect location to reach the beautiful beaches of the area with the stains. On foot you can reach Porto Frailis. Very nice even if you populate early. Basaura our favorite. Infinite spaces and tranquility. I can only recommend Elena's home that exactly meets expectations. The lack of air conditioning was not a problem. The rooms on the first floor are very airy. You could not ask for a more helpful host. We arrived late following delays with our flight and the satnav struggled but Fabio was immediately responsive to any queries and helped us find our way. When we arrived there was a wonderful array of goodies on the breakfast table for us to enjoy. Fabio provided us with restaurant recommendations and even booked a restaurant for our first evening which was really appreciated. We were sent suggestions for what we could do in the area and all in all had a wonderful time. The swimming pool was fantastic and we were just walking distance from the sea which was crystal clear. Fabio is a truly excellent host.
