Vacation rentals with beach access in Province of Ogliastra

We stayed at Lorenzo's cottage for 14 days in mid-February. The location is ideal for water sports enthusiasts. Through the garden, you can reach the water in just a few steps. The house is next to other houses, mostly used as holiday apartments. Since we were there out of season, it was very quiet. There is a supermarket very well accessible by bike or even on foot. Alternatively, you will find everything you need in Orosei, about 12 km away. Lorenzo is a super friendly host. The house was well maintained and very clean. Everything we needed to know, Lorenzo explained and described to us. In addition, he has given us many good tips on restaurants and destinations. Lorenzo takes care of his guests in an exemplary manner. We took advantage of the holiday for kayaking and cycling. The fine sandy beach is ideal for entry. The streets are quiet and easy to cycle. Thanks, Lorenzo, for the great care. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed here for a little over a month over Christmas. The place is cozy and peaceful with a nice view of the Sea. You can hear the waves from the patio! We especially enjoyed spending our days wandering the village. Groceries and restaurants are close and so is the bus!

Valentina was an excellent host and we had a great time at her place. She was very responsive and always very helpful. The place had beautiful mountain and sea views and was spotless and comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook, eat and store food. We could eat inside or outside which was great but be aware like everywhere in Sardinia there are mosquitoes at dusk. Street or private parking both super easy even for a large car. Super close to the port and all the restaurants and the beach. We felt very comfortable and at home and would recommend her place and this town to anyone looking to explore the surrounding areas. The beach and park were both beautiful. One thing to note is that there are two flights of stairs to get into the apartment and also no wifi but this was not an issue for us at all. Grazie Valentin per tutto!!

We stayed for 2 nights in this apartment and it was perfect. We spent our evenings lounging on the sofa overlooking the sea. It is a short walk along the beachfront to the harbour, and there were restaurants and shops all around. The apartment had everything we needed, a great rain shower, a large comfortable bed (2 singles pushed together), a well equipped kitchen and double doors looking out to the sea. Fantastic, would highly recommend.

This place was just great for our weekly stay in Santa Maria Navarese, kids really loved this small spot upstairs from living room. Minimalistic and unified design makes the apartment kind of unique. This shelf in the living room was really great for working and have coffee or beer on the terrace with see view was always nice. Of course there are some cones, but not major ones. Bathroom seems to be fairy older than the appartment - my rating 3/5. Internet speed is ok for work just in the morning (20/10Mbps). In the evenings it was so slow, that I rather used 5G (Windtre operator) with good speed.

We’re very happy to have spent a week in this charming house with privacy and a fantastic view. Nice showers and lots of space for clothes. Extra quality was added by Alessandro’s welcoming words and helpful instructions and tips. Having a kind host like him means so much.

We had a lovely stay at Martino's house! A very relaxing holiday with beautiful sea view from apartment and terrace. Direct access from garden to clear water, sandy pretty bay. Lots of gorgeous bays and beaches to explore near by but we loved our our beach. Host lovely people, we will visit again:-)

nice place just 3 min walk from great sandy beach. Despite August, this is almost deserted and a beach bar is also provided. Everything is available inside the accommodation. 2 bathrooms including shower and 2 bedrooms.

We spent 2 weeks with our two toddlers in the semi-detached house and enjoyed our time very much. The large terrace overlooking the pine forest and warm outdoor shower were our highlight. Overall, it was very quiet in the residential area with nice neighbors next door. The two beds under the roof can be reached via a steep staircase with railings. The kitchen is well equipped. The dishwasher was great. The screens in front of all doors & windows are great. So we could sleep cool at night. The nearby beach was mostly covered in seagrass in October. But still beautiful for walks and great views. Marco was always easily accessible and very helpful. The dear cleaning lady still provided us with toys. There was a sun umbrella and extra bath towels. We were allowed to stay longer on the departure day because of the late return flight. Thank you again for this! We keep our Sardinia vacation in the best memory!

Tito's place was positioned right on a beach, close to lots of beautiful spots for swimming and hiking. We went in November so we unfortunately a lot of restaurants were closed but we made use of the kitchen. Thanks for a great stay!

Great accommodation, with beautiful view over the sea. We really enjoyed sitting in the little garden in the shade, cooling off from a day in the sun. Cala Gonone is beautiful, and I recommend renting a boat to explore the shoreline.

Very nice house, right on the beach! The house is rather simply equipped, but with everything you need (coffee maker, freezer,...). The clear highlight is definitely the location: from the terrace or also from the bedroom window you look directly at the sea. From there, it's just a few steps into the water - wonderful! Also very practical is the fenced outdoor shower after bathing. Federica always responded quickly, so we felt well looked after. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our tip for arrivals: We definitely recommend taking the route via the coastal road from Cagliari airport by car and not through the mountains (because this is extremely curvy, as we found ^^). In addition, the road is not paved at the last meters to the house. It's probably worth a bit of an off-road car if you rent one (where we've also mastered it with a Fiat Panda).

Antonio and Stella are very likeable and friendly hosts. The communication was uncomplicated and pleasant. The accommodation is located directly on the sea and the surroundings and nature are fantastic. We felt very comfortable. It is highly recommended. Thank you so much!

Super nice house with everything you need, large garden with fruit trees and total tranquility! Beautiful beach in walking distance and also some good restaurants! Pier was very helpful and always super fast with communication. We once had a problem with the water and his very dear mother came right away and fixed the problem. We will be happy to come back!

The stay at Sonia's place was perfect, the house is super spacious, recently renovated and with a nice outdoor space that we loved both us and our dog! Recommended for a relaxing vacation in a quiet area but close to beautiful beaches.

We love this place! It’s very quiet with a beautiful view and close to the charming town we fell in love with. We had a wonderful time here, just a short distance from a beautiful coast and great restaurants.

The place is very nice and nice. Very well equipped and perfect in every space including parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we were able to use little! Highly recommended

I was staying with my family, 4 people, at the beginning of October. It was very nice the quiet location, proximity to the sea and the nearby town. Beach right at your doorstep is beautiful for swimming. Car is recommended for excursions and shopping.

New remodel. Clean. Easy to find. Walking distance to the beach, port, restaurants. Be aware of problems with parking.We were unable to park our rental Fiat 500X at the property - with cars parked on the street there is no enough clearance to enter past the gate. Cala Gonone is a very popular town with limited parking. Smart car or a motorcycle can park there.

Small apartment just next to a beach. We were working remotely from the apartment. Wifi wasn’t good, but according to Graziano, that should change in the future. Also the kitchen is really small and on the opposite side of the apartment that the table. We appreciated washing machine, huge terrace and closeness of the sea. Graziano is really nice guy.
