Monthly Rentals in Principina a Mare

We stayed on this space at the end of October. The house and equipment is really very nice, you can park right in front of the house or in the back without problems. Walking you are very quickly on the very beautiful beach and the surroundings are incredibly peaceful and quiet. In the house you have everything you need. The garden is very large and offers many toys for the children. Unfortunately, the mosquitoes in the garden were very aggressive. In the village there are some restaurants and a small supermarket. However, we drove to Grossetto for shopping. Since we were there out of season, the beach was empty and we were able to enjoy the tranquility. If you want to be on the beach quickly and also want to travel the region on the side, this is the place to be.

Lucia is a very friendly and helpful hostess who is always available. The place is totally beautifully located, walking distance to the sea and yet quiet. However, car is helpful just to explore the great surroundings. Unfortunately, the beds are a little too short for people from 1.90 m. Otherwise, the amenities were simple , functional and clean. We liked it.

Comfortable apartment as described. Great welcome from Lina who waited for us in person when we arrived. He gave us great directions to restaurants in the area and what to see and visit during our stay. The accommodation is comfortable for four people and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The beach is easily accessible on foot and silence is assured!

Location was beautiful, just a few minutes walk right to the beach. The apartment was well equipped. Bed was super comfy. The host was very friendly and helpful. Nearby there is everything you need ( Coop, great restaurant, ice cream parlor and bars, etc.) We can recommend the apartment.
