Vacation rentals with a pool in Premantura

One of the best place to stay at pula. We really liked the place I personally recommend it to anyone to book here

We liked the place very much and was as described. Elena and Marco were always very easy to reach and always tries to solve all concerns quickly. We would book the place again anytime. After every trip, it was a highlight when you came back, opened the gate and drove into the yard. Really recommended! In the village itself, there is not really anything to do, but from there you quickly go to very beautiful places.

Natasa went to great lengths to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The accommodation was nice and clean and services were offered that are not self-evident for an accommodation. The pool and jacuzzi were cleaned daily and bath towels were offered clean (upon request). Upon arrival we were welcomed with local wines and cakes and during the stay we received treats offered by Natasa. In short, she went out of her way to give us a top vacation.

The location is super quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. A 10 minute drive to the supermarket and 15 minutes from Pula downtown with the old town and lots of restaurants. We were welcomed by the two owners with a smile and they provided us with great tips for the area. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a third toilet, kitchen with everything you need. Outside plenty of relaxing spaces in the garden and around the pool. Kids playground with a swing and a trampoline. There is also a great terrace on the first floor, with sunny until late in the evening! We were only here with two people, but this house fits 6 without any problem! Recommended!

Absolutely magnificent place to relax. Great and chill hosts, responding quickly to any request throughout our holidays. We will definitely come back again!

Super stay with dog and toddler. Great new apartment (not yet in the pictures) and great pool area/summer kitchen, there we only stayed as 2 couples. Only two suggestions for improvement: renovating the bathrooms in the other two apartments and an outdoor barbecue would be the highlight!! 😊 Otherwise, we felt very comfortable, everything was great and had a great vacation. Kitchen incredibly well equipped (never so experienced!) Great also that there were carports for the cars.

I highly recommend staying here. The home is well-equipped, and Sanja is a great host, very communicative, quick to respond to messages, willing to help when the problem arises.

A very nice apartment with everything you need. Lots of space with two bathrooms. Beautiful pool to cool off. Quiet area. Bakery and shopping nearby. We liked it very much and would be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful week at Celestina’s apartment. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool was lovely and refreshing. Rovinj is a beautiful town with loads of fantastic restaurants and it’s a good base for exploring Istria. We visited Pula, Vrsar, Montona, Bale and even Piran in Slovenia. Amarin beach is easily accessible by car and is a fab place to swim. Celestina was very warm and friendly and welcoming. We would highly recommend!

We were very pleased with the apartment. The apartment was very clean and we enjoyed it very much overall! The terrace was big and nice to sit on. Communication between hosts and us also worked out very well. We were always able to call and ask and also very good tips regarding restaurants (value) and various beaches were given. Overall, we are very satisfied and we would definitely come back.

The place was very clean and completely equipped with dishes, toilet paper, tabs for the dishwasher, etc. The location is really great and very quiet. You can hear almost nothing from other people and you can sleep relaxed at night. The pool is magnificent, very clean and well maintained and is cleaned more often every day. The hosts were extraordinarily friendly, courteous and helpful. We would recommend the place to anyone!

memorable stay with Olga who is an extraordinary helpful lady and good tips for excursions and its olive oil which is shared his tomatoes 😁😁 home with large and beautiful terrace everything is close 200m to the supermarket restaurant la Sirena a treat Olga speaks French a real plus for us The impeccable private accommodation the pool at the top we didn't have a memorable stay and I repeat Olga is truly an extraordinary lady thank you Olga for your hospitality 🥰🥰

Really loved the apartment! It was so clean and tidy. Goran was a fantastic, kind and helpful host. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Gorans mother was a very sweet and lovely lady too, with a cute little dog. The town was easily walkable and the airport was only 10/15mins away in taxi. Thank you for a great stay!

We and the dogs felt very comfortable with Jana. The family welcomed and very friendly. The location of the APARTMENT is very centrally located for all excursions. The pool was just great. We didn't miss anything. We will be happy to come back.

We are thrilled with your villa, we have never experienced anything so thoughtful and perfect. Everything has its place and everything is thought of. The villa is very tidy and very clean. We felt incredibly comfortable and would recommend it to anyone! Dejan and his family are extremely friendly and you lack absolutely nothing at all. The contact with Josipa was super friendly and accommodating. Also the house was in good condition, the outdoor area was very new. Twice a week someone came to clean the pool. Everything was available on site and even more than described. The house inside is exactly like the pictures. Thanks to Josipa and her husband for the nice welcome, the uncomplicated handling and thus for the great holiday :-)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

The place are beautiful and clean. We were very warmly received and everything worked perfectly with the key handover. I can only recommend it.

We enjoyed the apartment very much!! Beautiful super fresh design, very clean, fully equipped. Paolo was super welcoming, after long journey we arrived for a great local refreshment - we were invited for a tour at the family farm but we will definitely do it on our next visit :)

Great landlord, there was organic eggs, homemade schnapps, the house was very clean. Very nice and accommodating, we will be happy to come back :-)
