Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Premantura

Kavran is a cosy little village (with a bunch of cosy secluded beaches around) and we loved it. A car is a must. Owners speak German and English and took our problems close to heart (I had to work over Zoom 6-9 hours every day and the house WiFi was not designed for the stability I needed; the owners bought a mobile router which provided DL speed of 4-7 Mbit and sealed the matter; on top of that, when my wife had to have her own conference at the same time with me, they invited her over to their place in Banjole, which was extremely nice of them). Overall, owners are absolutely charming and hospitable, we're seriously considering coming again, though we're still in the EXPLORE (not exploit) mode. Watching stars from the jacuzzi was a cherry on the pie.

A beautiful house where nothing was missing. Very quiet location, but good starting point for all activities. Very good communication with host, quick responses and helpful tips!

Natasa went to great lengths to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The accommodation was nice and clean and services were offered that are not self-evident for an accommodation. The pool and jacuzzi were cleaned daily and bath towels were offered clean (upon request). Upon arrival we were welcomed with local wines and cakes and during the stay we received treats offered by Natasa. In short, she went out of her way to give us a top vacation.

I've just returned from a 1 week stay and there were 4 adults and 1 baby. The baby room (wasn't on the listing) was excellent and very well equipped and this made our stay so much better. The property was beautiful and well described, but the pictures don't so it justice. The host was lovely and very helpful when we needed her and we will hopefully come and stay again in the future. A floor plan would be even more helpful for future guests because bedrooms on the ground floor and the baby room are big selling points for families or those with disabilities.

Luiza was an incredible host. I was unable to meet her due to coming a day late from work. She met with my family and made a great impression. Her home was beautiful. Definitely recommend this air bnb. Would love to come out during the summer to utilize the pool. Also, she was extremely helpful and super responsive. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home! We can’t wait to come back!!

We had such a lovely time at beach house beta. The house and the hosts were fantastic. It has everything you need to enjoy your holiday- the pool, great air-con and the direct access to the sea was great for using our paddle board. The house is situated really well with supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance and the beach only a 5min drive away. It was a great base to explore Pomer and the surrounding area. When I asked my 10 year old what score she would give the house she said 11 out of 10!

We were received so kindly and personally. She's so helpful. If we had questions, answers came quickly. Everything was so clean. The fresh of the apartment immediately met us, which felt like home. Everything clean and pool wonderful. We got treats from her. What I thought was so sweet. I would say all in one that won't be our last vacation there Book the apartment, you make no mistake.

Fantastic villa, great for both relaxing and using it as a base to explore the area! We walked into village everyday that had cafes, bakeries, corner shops and restaurants! The jacuzzi was 100% the highlight for our little boy! Anna was a great host, she was very responsive on messages and very helpful!

Our two families had a wonderful time at the property. The layout is superb and the house is modern and clean. We would highly recommend.

The villa, area and host were outstanding! We have a newborn baby and Robert went out of his way to help us with all request, even purchasing a baby bath for us! The villa is spotless and very relaxing. The jacuzzi on the roof is unbelievable on a clear day with 360 views of the sea! The area has so much to explore and with great restaurants near by and very family friendly. Robert really made our stay special, with his flexibility with check-ins and help when my family came to join, highly recommended!!

This villa was the perfect stay for our group of eleven. The property is beautifully modern, equipped with every amenity imaginable, and features a stunning pool and outdoor area. Our host was incredibly attentive, always available when needed, and welcomed us warmly with local appetizers. I can't recommend this hidden gem enough.

We (8 people) stayed at the property for 8 days. In advance, we received a detailed voucher about the accommodation and possible activities nearby. The hostess was super friendly and welcomed us very warmly and showed us everything in and around the house. She also recommended us the restaurant "Istra" in Medulin, where your husband works as a chef. We were there one night and were all thrilled. Value for money = TOP. The place itself was exactly as seen on the pictures, everything was new and above all well maintained and clean. Also the outdoor area incl. Pool was very well maintained and had ample space for relaxing barbecues. In a small adjoining room, there was even room for a dart slice and a foosball table. A trampoline for the younger guests was also available. All in all, the place was just like we imagined. We highly recommend the place to anyone. I will gladly come back.

We had a great time on holiday. The villa had been sympathetically refurbished to fit the surroundings and was really clean and reflected the photos. The pool area was excellent and swimming in the evening with the pool lit up was really special. The kitchen was well stocked for cutlery, glasses and crockery, and, importantly, the pots and pans were big enough to easily cook for 5 adults. Tatjana was a great host. She met us at the property, and let us in early which was lovely. Tatjana left some really thoughtful touches, like local oil, herbs and extra towels for us. She also gave us some helpful recommendations of where to shop, things to do, and brought us local produce from her vegetable garden. A really enjoyable holiday with the family.

Toni and Karla's villa is dreamy. In addition to a large and spacious kitchen, the guest will find four beautiful rooms, all of which invite you with great amenities. In addition, there is a large saltwater pool and a hot tub, which guarantee the relaxation of the guests. The villa itself is a bit remote, but impresses with an exposed location with great views and a quiet neighborhood. With rental cars, the surroundings can be wonderfully explored. There is enough parking space available for this. Toni and Karla are unprecedented hosts. They respond to requests from guests within a very short time and take care of their concerns. Thanks to you, we were able to focus on the essentials on vacation. On request, a wide variety of recommendations are made regarding possible activities in the area. This home is fully recommended. We will be happy to come back!

A very nice, new house, everything clean. Very well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. We will recommend the place.

The place is in pristine condition, very well equipped and Martina & Petar are very friendly and straightforward. The surroundings don't give much, but you can quickly reach the beach or Pula city by car, as well as at the airport. Definitely recommended!
