Just like the listing! Very comfortable and, in my opinion, in the best location of Maceió, several nearby places of interest such as restaurants, pharmacy, bakery and nearby markets. Without very large flow of people, super quiet and with total security in the vicinity, and a few minutes ago until the green tip/Pajuçara, where the flow of people is absurd, which was a positive point to stay in Jatiúca. The building is very new, has attached laundry, bike rental, gym and a grocery store. We felt at home, we certainly indicated and if possible we will return.
