Everything very clean, smelly and tidy. We love everything in Thiago's apartment, all done and thought out in the smallest detail. Thiago always very attentive gave us great tips, super flexible check-in and check-out, all 100% recommend and we will certainly come back many times.

You can't stay with Giovanni and don't give 10 to all the questions, both for the property and the host. Second time we stayed with him and there is not even a caveat. The property corresponds 100% to the description and has a breathtaking view, the surroundings are beautiful and the condominium has complete infrastructure. And to top it off, the host is super polite, cordial and is always ready to help you with what you need, even the instructions he voluntarily passes are clear and well detailed. A golden tip, I strongly recommend the speedboat tour offered as an option for your stay. It was an unforgettable experience for my family. You can close with it that there is no error!

One of the best places I've ever stayed in on Airbnb. host Aldo, greeted us in person and introduced us to the place with excellence, extremely kind, gave us tips on the place and also offered us a half daily of courtesy after catching heavy rains. I will surely return more often!

My family and I had a great stay in the space of Dona Mariza and Mr. Jaime and both were extremely attentive . We have provided great information and tips from the surroundings. The apartment space is great as it is in the photos , has 2 covered spaces for the vehicles and the excellent location in front of the beach . We will definitely return more often and recommend it.

Washington is a very polite, kind and helpful host. Good communication starts as soon as we make the reservation, he answered all my doubts always very helpful and gave great guidelines and recommendations. The apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos, it has a breathtaking view and all the items we need available to get comfortable and feel at home. In addition, we were greeted with an amazing afternoon cafe, which fell very well after the long trip. The only thing Washington asks us to take is the bath towels, other bedding, face towel and dishcloth it offers. The condominium has several grills and we booked one, in the apartment there was all the barbecue, including cooler and thermal bag. Super recommend Washington as a host and condo because it has everything so you don't have to leave there and it has plenty of fun options.

Easy, beautiful pool & view - very clean.

Great location and accommodation. I went with my husband, he was at work, and with this I wanted to have the freedom to be able to enjoy the hotel alone while he worked. And so I got it, both the apartment that had a balcony with a beautiful view, and the hotel pool, spa, walks, mall next door. David is very attentive and gave all the support during our entire stay. Congratulations on the details of the apartment and the cleaning, decoration. We felt at home. I recommend it and when I return to Angra it will be my landing.

I loved the space , everything organized, appliance and new furniture, apartment identical to the photos . The very kind , polite , friendly and patient host. The whole air-conditioned apartment,all well organized . They were quiet days… even though it was a carnival week… we were able to rest and escape the excitement because the condominium offers activities for all tastes . Hope to be back soon !!!

I went with my wife and three children, including a baby approximately 2 years old, and we had a wonderful experience! The apartment is impeccably clean, very well located and close to the main attractions. For those traveling with a family, it is super well structured, offering all the necessary comfort. It has two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, sandwich maker, blender, pans, cutlery and an excellent refrigerator. The host was extremely helpful, attentive and responsive, which made our stay even better. Although we are by car, we chose to do everything on foot as the location is really privileged. Just above the apartment there is a swimming pool complex, and just below, Praia Alta, an ocean swimming pool, restaurant and bar. A little further up, also accessible on foot, are other attractions such as tennis club, marina and lighthouse. Every night we sleep with the windows open, listening to the sound of the waves : )

The house comfortably met our needs, everything was as advertised. The view from the superior suites is AMAZING, comfortable beds and with quality bed and bath linens. Everything smells great! The kitchen has all the necessary items for preparing meals and serving them. The ice maker was used a lot! The pool is an excellent size and has a sensational view! We didn't want to leave! Thank you so much, Bruno for the wonderful stay! Maria José and her Adam were also very friendly and helpful at check-in and during the stay. Tip: TAKE the boat ride, Rodrigo is competent and extremely kind. 10 out of 10 for everything!

The nearby private beach is a great differential, with a beautiful and shaded access trail. In addition, the condominium club offers several leisure options such as swimming pool, courts and bike paths, which was perfect for children. Ownership is to be congratulated. The house is beautiful, very spacious, every corner of the house welcomes you in a surprising way. The cleaning is excellent. The days spent there were perfect. The pools of the house associated with the river just a few meters made everything perfect. Just a note on the pool table, dummy and table tennis of the game area, which need maintenance.
