Very spacious , homemade house and super attentive host ♥️

Great house, clean, organized and well equipped, the hosts are helpful and attentive, we will certainly return.

It was two days ... unfortunately too short. Very nice area. Pure nature, something to relax and chill. The friendly hosts who welcomed us were particularly noteworthy. What we also liked very much is the variety of plants in the garden and the well-kept property. The pool with fresh water from the waterfall, a very clean pool. There is everything you need in the kitchen. The barbecue was also a small experience that I always like very much in Brazil. Finally, I thank our hosts for 2 relaxing days, we would have liked to have stayed longer but we already had other plans. We will be happy to come back. Bye, see you soon with friends.

Flawless house exactly like the photos, wonderful structure, not to mention the option of cook and cleaning, super essential for you to have a quiet stay. We were in a group of 14 people, we went with the aim of riding jetski, we chose to go down in the Marina, because the access to the public ramp is very narrow, we leave the jet in the poita to facilitate the tour on other days. The location of the house is very easy access to one of the main islands, I highly recommend! Let's finish by thanking the team that welcomed us very well, (Dudu, Naty and our aunt cook).

No words to describe what that stay was! For photos the house is very beautiful but personally is another level!! Unanimously elected by our group as the most beautiful house in the entire condominium. And what a condominium.. very beautiful, well cared for, very private! We stayed all week with a private beach with a big structure! The house beautifully decorated, spacious spaces, wonderful suites, very cozy space, the urge to call Home! Sandro an excellent host, very helpful and careful! It left everything well explained and easy to understand, and of the few times we need to talk to him was always very quick and kind! In the meantime, the chance to go back and recommend the house is 10/10. Simply perfect stay!

Wonderful house, excellent condominium, impeccable air-conditioning!! for us, who went with children and the elderly. It was wonderful, first because the house is large and all on the ground floor, and second almost next to the square and the animals!! Super recommended!!

We stayed at the house at the carnival and had a very pleasant experience! The house is cozy, even better than in the photos, and it met the purpose well. It is in a condominium next to the Icar, being a safe and family environment. It is 1 minute from the beach, and from the balcony of the house it is possible to see the river and the beach (we had the company of fish and turtles). The kitchen is well equipped (it could only have tupperware pots) and some of the bathrooms have undergone recent modernization. The water pressure is great and meets well. There were some peaks of light in the late afternoon but it quickly came back, I understand it's something from the region. Wi-Fi works well and TV tb. Unfortunately, there is no swimming pool in the house or the condominium, which would be a differential . A Vie responds fast, initially too attentive to the written instructions, but then the communication flowed being an enjoyable experience for all of us ! We had necessary flexibility. Thank you!

Luzia's apartment is very well cared for, clean and organized. It is rare for us to find an apartment so close to the beach and with no smell of dampness, we love it. The location is great, close to the club that has a swimming pool and playground and very close to the condominium has the city with markets and other shops. Luzia was super attentive and responded quickly and kindly to all our questions. I recommend it too much!

Me and My Family had a fantastic holiday, the apartment is perfect complete according to what it describes on the platform. The condominium is well structured secure, ideal for resting and relaxing. Uriel always very helpful and attentive, it served us very well. I'm sure we'll come back another time.

Clean and organized space, the photos correspond exactly to the place, close to where you board for various tours in the region ( islands , waterfalls… ) Hosts are very kind and considerate.

Washington is a very polite, kind and helpful host. Good communication starts as soon as we make the reservation, he answered all my doubts always very helpful and gave great guidelines and recommendations. The apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos, it has a breathtaking view and all the items we need available to get comfortable and feel at home. In addition, we were greeted with an amazing afternoon cafe, which fell very well after the long trip. The only thing Washington asks us to take is the bath towels, other bedding, face towel and dishcloth it offers. The condominium has several grills and we booked one, in the apartment there was all the barbecue, including cooler and thermal bag. Super recommend Washington as a host and condo because it has everything so you don't have to leave there and it has plenty of fun options.

We had an incredible time at Guillermo's apartment and cannot recommend it enough. The place was very clean and the view was unbelievable with huge windows looking onto the marina and a view of the islands off the coast. You can walk to the ice cream shop in three minutes and to the beach in maybe four minutes. The Fasano is right next door with great restaurants and shopping as well. Guillermo was very responsive - we hope to stay here again in the future!

We were in the chalet of Marta (Manacá da serra site) for the second time, first in winter and now in summer. We spent a wonderful week in the cozy chalet overlooking a beautiful and open valley, with bright but fresh sunny days and starry nights, a paradise. The chalet has improved since 2018, now has Wi-fi, which makes it easy for those who need to work or navigate (we use location apps well), as there is no cellular signal in the region. The kitchen is very small but very well-equipped, essential for those who will stay there a few days, isolated from restaurants and shops. Impeccable cleaning, comfortable linen and towels, furnishings in perfect condition. Great bathroom, very useful laundry area. The shower outside was perfect for a postwalk shower. The exchange of information and tips with Marta was excellent, it greatly facilitated the planning of what to take and rides in the park and surroundings. As we return, we recommend the cottage for couples and adventurers.

A quiet and quiet place, exactly what we were looking for. Very well located the house, close to beautiful beaches and the river Ariró which passes by the side of the house and has points to bathe nearby. Regina was very attentive, gave us several tips and even a mime that we keep with great affection!

She started to answer all questions months before our stay, very quickly and kindly. She deserves all the stars possible! Hélio is also no slouch. He welcomed us very warmly, showed us every corner of the house and made us very comfortable. We had an unforeseen nature event and we were without power for a few hours, he took the time to bring us candles and ice packs, because he was concerned about our purchases. In addition, he left several tips about the location, he was very nice, very nice people and very concerned about being extremely cordial! About the house, I have no words to describe how extraordinary, clean, cozy and prepared it is to welcome guests. We will definitely be back very soon!

The place is huge and very good! Even surprises pq in the photos can't get a sense of the whole place. The hosts were very available and removed all the doubts I had. A really nice place to rest

It was a great weekend, beautiful and quiet place, the very attentive Host, highlighting the homeowner Neném, grade 1000 always helpful. The very good barbecue space, the site has several fruit trees and is quite wide, a ball show pool with the delicious water directly from the stream that passes by. Two negative points: 1 - It is the warmth at bedtime, even with the window open the fan does not flow, I went to sleep on the hammock myself on the balcony. 2 - It was the lack of power, but that is on account of the service provider. Overall note 9/10.
