Monthly Rentals in Port of Barcelona

This study was perfect for me. I moved to Barcelona for 3 months June, July and August. Barcelona was a great experience I’m truly great full that I was able to come across this Airbnb listing. My favourite part is the building is close to everything. The bars are within 5 min walk from the studio. Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. Multiple shopping stores nearby for amenities and groceries. Gabriel was kind enough to provide suggestions of places I could shop at if I needed anything. The neighbourhood is quiet, no loud music heard late at night, the neighbours are also very respectful. The apartment comes with a small refrigerator which is great for storing any needed items but honestly the food is so fresh and cheap in Barcelona that cooking in the apartment was something I only did on rear occasions. The washing machine worked great, I was able to wash my clothes in the apartment and there is a laundromat 2 min walking distance from the building if you prefer.

Small but with everything I need. Mario is a very nice host with a big heart. He tried to make me as comfortable as I could during my stay. Very good experience overall. Can’t ask for more for the price in BCN. Thank you Mario. Have a good new year for 2025!

The location is excellent. Ana was very proactive and responsive whenever we had inquiries or requests. We were able to enjoy our vacation and some light work for the entire 3-week stay seamlessly.  External circumstances aside, with the upstairs neighbor up at ungodly hours and construction happening right on the street, it was a pleasant stay with so many amazing restaurants nearby.
