I had the most amazing weekend stay! Right on the ocean you can hear the waves perfectly and we saw dolphins multiple times from the balcony. We had such a wonderful stay at Kiran’s place. She is incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating, making the time there so smooth and comfortable. Communication was always easy, and she truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The home was very clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed. The location was perfect, and i really enjoyed the scenery it was a great way to start each day. I’m so grateful for her hospitality and would highly recommend staying here. William provided clear and helpful instructions. We arrived late and had no issues entering gated area and the space was easy to find. It was a clean space, with a fully stocked kitchen, calming vibes throughout the community. We enjoyed walks on the beach. Great location! It looks like the pictures. Hope to return again soon. We stayed there on our way back from LA to San Fran. It was an absolute surprise. Shamim is truly a super host. And the place was a gem. It was neat and clean, and everything was provided. Instructions were very clear and had a keyless entry. Dedicated parking was a great convenience. The absolute best part was the private access to the Beach. And the beach was gorgeous and expansive—a large flat swath of fine sand land all to yourself. It reminded me of the Copa Cabana beach section in front of our five-star hotel in the early morning when there was hardly anybody. The waves were gorgeous, and one young girl attempting to ride them in the distance. Shamim also recommended great restaurants in the neighborhood, which turned out to be great. Pacific Grill was great, and American Pizza, a few miles away, made our kid's day. Reasonably priced.

Julie’s place was a nice decorated apartment located in a tranquil block. It was clean, spacious and equipped with almost everything you need for daily life. Julie was very hospitable and can always solve our problems. The location was also very convenient as Whole Foods was just 3mins drive away. One thing wasn’t that perfect was during our stay, someone(probably sent by the management office) came to renovate the unit downstairs. They used glues that had a huge pungent smell and was believed to be toxic. I was forced to leave the house and stay outside for daylong. Of course, I believe it is a rare case and usually people will not encounter it. Overall it was a perfect place to stay in Thousand Oaks and I will definitely recommend it to all.

Johnny is a wonderful host and the accomodations are as presented. Room and bathroom are always clean upon arrival and the room is quiet. A bonus is the internet availability and the digital television for viewing. Also a good location for any work in the Los Angeles area.

Me and my family loved this place, from the inside and out. This place has a beautiful view of the beach sunset and in general a really relaxing experience. Suneetha's place is in the perfect location! We enjoyed daily walks down to the pier to enjoy the sunset, went whale watching, and drove to several beach destinations on the coast, all within 30min to an hour. Her condo is spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed listening to the ocean and birds from the balcony. In unit laundry was great and we enjoyed using the facilities including the gym and swimming in the heated pool! Overall it was a wonderful stay!

Our first impression was welcoming, well stocked and cozy. It was bonus to be given access to the the Community Clubhouse which offered an indoor pool, gym and other activities. The linens and furniture are of high quality and extremely comfortable. It's evident that Regina curated each space with care and thoughtfulness. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials. Regina’s place is meticulously maintained, both inside and out. We loved exploring the grounds—there's beauty in every direction. Regina is a professional and gracious host; we felt at home instantly. She was very responsive, and her advice and recommendations were spot on. Regina’s home is truly special. We had an amazing month-long stay at Robbie’s beautiful home while our own place was undergoing construction. The pool and jacuzzi were a fantastic bonus, and the house itself was comfortable and welcoming. Robbie was an incredible host, super friendly, accommodating, and always quick to help with anything we needed. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend staying at his place. I would go back again and again! I was lucky to get the dates and times it presented and I took it! So glad I did! The waves cleared my mind and the sunset was beautiful. The beach walk was so peaceful and I felt like it was just my personal ocean (hardly no one in sight). Thank you Amber for allowing me the opportunity to stay in this castle! I will be back!

This is by far the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in! Not that I've had bad experiences before but this gorgeous home sets new high standards. The Hosts - Super kind, friendly, responsive. They went out of their way to help me more than once. The nicest most thoughtful hosts I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. The Home - Stunning. Pristine. Spacious and private. The art and decor is aesthetically beautiful and soothing, furniture is so comfy! Amenities - Everything you could want and more! Seriously, from the gym to the many snacks stocked to the mini bar, the various pots and pans and spices, you will want for nothing. With it's large gorgeous garden, luxurious soaking tub, and the spaciousness of the home I felt I was in my own private spa retreat! I cannot wait to come back again!

Was a great place that took care of us while we moved and we needed nothing. Totally smooth, easy and private. Plus the cacti are amazing!

It was very clean and we loved the décor and spacious, private yard. He provided everything we needed for our stay and the built-in water filter was great.
