We loved staying at Julie's apartment. The location is perfect for exploring the area. It's quiet and had plenty of room for the two of us. Highly recommended and we hope to stay again in the future.

Great, serene place to come to after dealing with LA traffic. The place is inviting and well-equipped. Evie and Landon are responsive and helpful. Their instructions were clear and their reassurances that they could be contacted any time were appreciated. They allowed us to checkout a little later. The parking space was a great plus for us, since we arrived at night. Very comfortable beds - great to crash into after hectic nights. Spacious rooms, peaceful ambience. The decor is welcoming and everything seems to be thoughtfully planned and decorated. The best part was being able to walk everywhere - great location. We'll be back. Thank you for making our stay and celebrations memorable.

Natalie’s airbnb was a life saver for my family during a power outage nearby at our house. I couldn’t have picked a better place to be. This airbnbs location was perfect with a close proximity to the beach. They also provided beach toys and a wagon for easy transport. Another favorite about this place was the amazing backyard. This was the perfect spot for kids and hanging out, perfect for families. The grocery store was another great thing because it was so close and easily walkable. Thank you for the memories!

This oasis of peace and tranquility perched in the Santa Monica Mountains yet only minutes from the Beaches of Malibu, is the perfect tonic for our fast-paced, technological life. I had all the amenities needed to stay as connected as I want but with the space, design, and solitude to go inward and contemplate deeper questions. I would live there if I could!

This place was clean, modern and extremely cozy. I did not want to leave once I got there. Highly recommended and Joanie is awesome with communication and flexibility.

The place is wonderful. The amenities are way beyond my expectation. It's close to the beach and if you get there from PCH through Encinal Canyon Rd the view is just magnificent. Beautiful sunrise overlook. Joel is super helpful and kind!

Lovely place to stay at. Requested additional towels during the stay and they arrived way quicker than expected. Cute little neighborhood too!

Julie’s place is pristine - and built with care and quality. The area is also gorgeous with amazing hikes a 10-15 min drive away.

Wonderful location!! Definitely has old school charm. As a mom I was so excited when I realized there was a playpen and extra stroller in the closet and there were some awesome blocks and bedtime books plus the baby gate for the stairs was a lifesaver. The kids loved it and you can see the beach from the windows and its walking distance. Highly recommend and if you’re looking for food the strandwhich and Pepe’s (walking distance) are amazing! Location (literally steps from the ocean!) was even more amazing than I expected. The room itself was cozy, charmingly decorated and had everything I needed.

Monica was an amazing host! We had to book last minute due to an issue with another property, and she welcomed us so kindly with soft music, a bottle of wine, chocolates, and snacks waiting on the table. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing stay—extra towels, soap, and high-end cookware. The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Her communication was excellent, and she checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly. The only thing that could enhance the stay is adding a microwave, but everything else was perfect. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Monica, for your kindness and hospitality!

Beautiful condo, with a very beautiful and spacious kitchen, a huge couch, and pillows, and the beds are very comfortable as well. The pool is right in front of the condo, so was very convenient. Whole Foods is right next to the complex, which makes everything very easy to shop if you want to cook and need something from there. Malibu Pier is extremely close and beautiful. I would recommend this place, to anyone who visits Malibu

Judith was a wonderful host—super responsive, and helped get us set up quickly when our prior booking canceled last-minute due to health issues. The place is fantastic—my father kept saying, “If we were to spend a week in California, this is where I’d want to stay.” I wish we had more time! But even for our brief stay, we took full advantage. The patio was fantastic, beds are cozy, shower pressure is great… truly can’t come up with a complaint! We had an excellent time and would absolutely come back!

Kiran was very clear with check-in instructions and let us know we could contact her for anything. Spacious living room, very clean. One of the best things was the location. It was a 3 minute walk from the beach which was beautiful. We had a very relaxing time. The clubhouse and pool were AWESOME. The pool was much bigger than I expected and great fun for kids.

Sharrôn was a welcoming host. We felt right at home during our stay. She offered snack bags and coffee as we got up in the morning as well as pleasant conversation. Overall, she was an amazing host.

Location, location, location. This complex is in a great location of Thousand Oaks. Walkable to a trailhead for hiking in the great outdoors. Quiet complex with neighbors only to one side, and none above or below. Very convenient to HWY 101. Walkable to a Starbucks. Easy to find restaurants, and grocery stores. Great spot for Thousand Oaks.
