Good communication and met at the entrance by Dina! Located on the 4th floor (lift) above Extra Time Internet Café, directly opposite the mosque and just around the corner from Farouk Cafe! 3 min walk to the boulevard! 50-100 LE from the bus terminal. Lots of local shops & restaurants! Shaban was my fav for fish! Spacious, budget two-bedroom apartment. Simply furnished, dodgy WIFI as everywhere! Back bedroom, spacious, comfy double bed, clean linen and quiet. Living room and front bedroom noisy! Bathroom OK, hot water stable, toiletries and towels provided. Kitchen OK, simple coffee filter (bring powder), gas stove, Microwave, kettle and fridge. Simply equipped, don´t expect to cook a full dinner easily! Overall, I thought it was good value for money and would recommend!

We stayed at Sherif’s accommodation and found everything we needed and more! He was flexible and communicated promptly, always with kindness. He also gave us lots of recommendations for food, sightseeing, and the city in general. The flat was lovely, clean, well-equipped, and felt like a home away from home. The location is central and we were able to get wherever we needed with ease. Highly recommended - if we come back, we’ll be sure to stay here again!

Best host ever. Goes above and beyond his duties. This is what Airbnb should be like. People like Moemen are very hard to find. The place is great for people who are visiting for tourism and intend to spend most of the day outdoors anyway. The beds were comfortable and the linen/towels clean. I will definitely be returning.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was very clean and safe, with a security guard always present at the building entrance. Oumnia described the apartment accurately, and the photos were clear and representative. Location: The apartment is in a fantastic area, surrounded by great markets and restaurants. It is lively and can be noisy at times, making it perfect for those who enjoy a vibrant atmosphere. The apartment is inside a mall, with offices and clinics on the same floor, making access very convenient. The beach is at the end of the street, and a central train station is nearby. Amenities: There’s WiFi, a smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, and local channels), and a small heater. Just before we left, the host brought a new air conditioner, so it will likely be installed soon. The apartment is small, clean, and well-organized—definitely worth the price! we had no issues with accessibility. Oumnia was very kind, and always checked in on us to ensure we were comfortable.
