Monthly Rentals in Ponderay

Wonderful little home, super clean and organized. Well stocked kitchen with all the essentials. Did not realize it was located on the corner of a busy road, near railroad tracks, between a hotel and a gas station BUT don’t let that scare you. It was incredibly quiet, private and felt very safe and secure. I found the train noise soothing and the road noise couldn’t be heard inside. Lovely lovely place..would love to make it a regular stay when I’m in the area.

Everything is perfect here, we would definitely love to come back again! Pauline and Scott are both super nice and kind!

Great Place to stay close to schweitzer and close to town. I stayed here for a whole month and had a great time. Would stay here again.

First off - this place was perfect for our family of 6. Our 4 children really enjoyed this space. From the game room, to the bedrooms, to the couch where we snuggled and watch tv with the fire place going. The kitchen was SO WELL stocked that cooking was so easy because they had every dish and pan you would need. They even had some fun games. If we needed to communicate, not only was the host super responsive, but they were so kind and considerate. We absolutely loved our stay. It was close enough to sandpoint that the drive was minutes. But also nice to be able to have our kids out and playing in the small family friendly neighborhood. The house is beautiful, and truly made our vacation something special.
