Great place. Great neighborhood and perfectly located for everything I want to do in KC. Will be staying here every time I am in town!

This is my second time staying in this building and Caleb's apartment was very cozy, great location & exactly how described. It's up on the 18th floor so it is very quiet with nice views. When you step outside, your blocks away from the downtown area with restaurant, shops, grocery stores and downtown night life. Definitely stop at the Fat Bee Cafe, which is less then two blocks away. Plus Cvs is right across the street for a quick stop. The street car & buses are right outside the complex so very easy to get around or just walk to your destination. This is my second time in the KC area and I love this location. I definitely recommend Caleb's place if you are in town for a great stay, perfect location and convenience to everything. With a beautiful building that has lots of amenities offered, great security & the host was very helpful and responded in a timely manner. I will be back next football season & will be staying here again!! Go Chiefs!!:)

Lovely home with a functional kitchen. We cooked most days of our stay and found everything we needed. There are stores and things to do nearby. Maybe a secondary TV would be nice. And some more chairs for dining. Lighting can be dim come night-time. Bathroom was pristine and I loved that there was a separate vanity section ✨

After contemplating getting a hotel downtown, I also compared rates to Airbnb’s in the surrounding area. I’m so glad I did. Not only was it more affordable, it gave me just enough distance from the crowd, while still being close and accessible to eateries, shops, streetcar transportation, available and free parking, local sites and freeways and highways. Directions for checking in and getting inside were simple. The place was so comfy and I felt at home. It made me love KC even more. The building was quiet and I felt safe as a solo traveler. When I didn’t feel like being out in the cold, having access to Netflix to binge shows on the couch was a welcomed treat. Just a couple blocks away were the best coffee shop, pizza and ice cream that I had in the city. And when I was done eating, I could jump onto the streetcar just meters away to head downtown. Lacie was very responsive, accommodating and offered recommendations. This made my experience FIVE STARS!

Will definitely be staying here whenever I visit KC again! Place was comfortable, very clean, and in a very convenient spot in Kansas City with many coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. Was easy to communicate with Savannah and appreciated her thorough instructions on check in/check out. Highly recommend, 10/10!

Beautiful apartment & nice amenities. Appreciated the snacks, and bottles of water in the fridge, very welcoming. We appreciated the prompt response when trying to enter the building. We loved the bed-- so comfy. The apartment is decorated very nicely, reminded me of HGTV show. It was nice to be able to walk to the show at the T-mobile center. I would highly recommend Rob and Brenda as hosts- they were wonderful.

We had a great stay in KC! The place was much larger than I had imagined from the pictures so that was a nice surprise! Don’t be deterred by their grumpy neighbor with the “short term rentals suck” sign planted in his yard, we passed by him and he left us alone. We’d definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at the Orange Door many times. It is a walkable distance to downtown Parkville. The location is great for day trips into Kansas City to visit museums, memorials, or just enjoy the parks. We have also taken day trips to places an hour away, knowing we had a place to return. English Landing Park is a few blocks away and a great place to walk, run, or just go for a stroll. We also frequent Parkville Coffee House. Bill has clear instructions, is friendly, responsive, and makes us feel right at home. He was helpful during our first couple of visits providing ideas for places to eat and things to do and see. We have not needed suggestions as much on our most recent visits. We will surely try to book a reservation at the Orange Door House the next time we visit the area.

Had a great time staying at Anthony's place, it was private and clean with a large TV and coach area for great movie nights and a fully equipped kitchen! Would come back again :)

Loved staying here! Just like the advertisement says, you can hear some movement upstairs. For us, it was no big deal and the noise was similar to living in an apartment with no late-night or early-morning noise. The appliances were modern, the space was plentiful, and the king bed was incredibly comfortable! We definitely plan to stay here again when we head back that way.

Easy transaction Good location for us. We Ubered everywhere but if you like Q39 for bbq it’s walkable. A few taverns and avenue 39 brewery nearby. Starbucks is close as well. We stayed in January when the temps were in the 20s at night and the heater worked very good. We never ran out of hot water for the shower. Updated kitchen.

Kristen was a great host. She was very responsive, thoughtful and helpful. The home is lovely and is well represented by the photos and description. It has easy access to downtown. We highly recommend this home for your visit to Kansas City. Dave

Regi’s property was very welcoming and comfortable. Everything was completely clean and tidy upon our arrival and we were very pleased with everything.

Everything was great with the stay, Ryan's place was very comfortable for us. Easy check in and check out which was a plus with our travel times.

We had an overall great stay. There are just a few things I wish I'd been better prepared for, which are outlined in the 'cons' below. Pros: Very clean, aesthetically pleasing, quiet, comfortable, and spacious. Plenty of blankets and pillows for the five of us. Kid-friendly amenities. Cons: No room-darkening blinds and the area is very well-lit 24/7. Kitchen only contains the very basics - no kitchen hand towel, cooking oil/spray, or spatula for flipping eggs (just stirring spatulas). The location didn't feel entirely unsafe but we hoped for and expected a little nicer of a neighborhood.

Neda was a friendly and communicative host, helpful and responsive with everything. We loved the location, especially the parking space and the nearness to the Nelson. The well stocked kitchen utensils was a bonus for us as was the coffee and the jetted tub, which we really enjoyed. Highly recommend this beautiful space and this great host if you come to this beautiful city.

Unlike all the negative reviews this place is good. This apartment is centrally located with lot of restaurant and todos around.

It was a nice place and had ample room. Trenton was very responsive and was a very easy to work with host definitely would recommend!

Cute and cozy space! It had everything we needed. Everything was very clean and docor was cute. There was a Great little coffee set up and that was appreciated! Balcony was cute and perfect location near the plaza.

This place was incredible. Its hard to describe without actually being there. The amount of space was more like a house instead of a condo or apartment. There are 5 good sized beds in 4 different areas. Great size TV, great kitchen. If you have a group of any size but especially with 4+ folks can't imagine a nicer place to stay in KC for beds. The hang out space was super fun, big TV, tables. Kitchen amenities. Were some fun places you could walk to if needed including a bar filled with arcade games. We would absolutely stay here again if come back to KC. If your looking for a place for your family or group to stay, this is a splurge worth making.
