Gracia is a lovely and very responsive host. The apartment is so clean and spacious. Very close to beach, 2 min walk. 2 mins walk to grocery Market also. For anyone working from home, the WiFi does not extend to the bedrooms. Gracia was very helpful in lending us her own extension box to solve the problem. WiFi in sitting room is very fast! can handle multiple devices. Seems like a residential block of very nice families (including the host). The sound proofing is not so good as with alot if apartments, so it can be noisy. Again, Gracia tried to help with this. Beautiful area with very lovely people. Difficult to get to from airport if not driving. Alsa bus goes from Valencia to Gandia 15 mins away and then a taxi to Bellreguard which is sooooo much cheaper than a taxi from airport (€155 ). We had a great time at Gracias place overall.

Had a great time in Piles! The apartment is very well located, close to beach and restaurants. The hosting was warm and the hosts are very responsive. A quiet and cozy place, perfect for relaxing. I highly recommend it!

The view from the apartment and balcony was stunning!! Great location and easy to find parking close by. Everything worked great and just as described!
