Monthly Rentals in Playa de la Carihuela

We loved the apartment and the location, so close to the beach. The block is very well maintained and the parking very secure. Alicia was very helpful and communicative. The only negative is that the view from the balcony is now mostly blocked by the apartment building under construction next door.

Wow! Where do I start!? Jessica’s place was amazing! Firstly. The cleanliness. It was as if no one has ever stayed there before. All the corners, everything was spotless! The whole place smelt absolutely amazing and it did not fade at all! All cleaning products were also provided too. Communication- Jessica communicated with me everyday as I was nervous about solo travel and her instructions were very clear. She also helped with navigation and recommendation. The keys were situated in the building which was easy and there was always a concierge on site in case I needed any help. The staff were very helpful and welcoming too. Location- it takes around 10 mins to walk to the beach which is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. The bus stop is a 5 mins walk with buses every 15-30 mins to all the sites. And the area itself is quite peaceful. Amenities- there is everything you require and more! So much effort and money has been put into this! I will definitely be returning! :)

Excellent accommodation, the host was very friendly with us. Clean, warm, with all the necessities. Highly recommended.

We arrived early evening and Andrew was waiting for us and showed us around the apartment. It’s in a brilliant location right on the beach. The kitchen and bathrooms looked like they were recently renovated with all the appliances you’d need and plenty of utensils in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable and the place has hot and cold air con in each room. The balcony off the lounge was a brilliant suntrap even on a slightly chilly day we were roasting as it’s so sheltered. The bathroom shower was excellent & plenty of hot water. The apartment block is very secure and has real retro style about it being built in the 1960’s. There’s a superb coffee shop just next door and plenty of bars and restaurants within 1 minutes walk of the block. Overall we had a great stay, loved the location and we’d definitely book again. The only thing we feel could be better would be having a couple of sun loungers on the balcony as it’s such a great spot to sit and look over the beach and sea.
