Very pretty house! Everything was clean and easy to use! Perfect for a girls weekend!

We loved Kathy's Kottage and plan to reserve it again if it is available the next time we come to KC. It was such a cute little cottage and well-stocked with everything we needed. Kathy was very responsive and helpful.

Great spot for us to stay with our kids. They loved (loved loved) the projector screen and hot tub and backyard play area. It was exactly what we were looking for during our 2 nights in Kansas City.

Absolutely blissful place to stay. My wife and I ventured to KC for an anniversary trip kind of last minute and we lucked out with this cottage. The “Christmas” lights give the place such a nice vibe and the heater/ fireplace is such a nice touch. You are in a gated property so we felt completely safe and private. Perfect getaway for the wife and I. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious with a nice high ceiling. Beautiful space. So happy we got to stay here!

Johnny was very friendly and always quick to respond when I reached out. The house itself was wonderfully located and had all the amenities from a fully stocked coffee bar to crockpot and blender. It was very nicely styled and themed to KC. Plus a covered hot tub! Would come back if I needed an Airbnb in KC

5 stars! We had a wonderful stay here. The instructions to find the place were incredibly easy to follow, and the distinctive blue door made it impossible to miss. The space itself was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had every kitchen amenity we needed. Plus, the central location made exploring the area a breeze. Highly recommend! Host even offered food suggestions that were great! Not sure of the schedule, but Thursday morning at 4am trash truck came by early and loud lol took us by surprise Would HIGHLY recommend this place and we would love to come back! ❤️

Lance’s place is just as described. Great location. Comfortable beds. It was nice having two full bathrooms and plenty of seating in the living room for us to all be together.

I’ve been here before and I love it it’s so nice to chill and relax. Rhonda went above and beyond and got us hooked up with a fire pit that night we came in after a long stressful trip. We got to hear scratch owls, coyotes, crickets, frogs and some other animals we couldn’t make out for sure. Super quiet and relaxing, my favorite place in Missouri and the only place I’ll go to when I’m headed through the state :)
