Places to stay near Pikes Peak

Cons then Pros: House is located on corner of busy street behind a gas station. Split level design a little challenging. Someone can rent basement area which might be an issue if you need to be up late or out early. Furniture might not stand the test of time. However, these are VERY minor compared to how nice this rental is OVERALL! It is conveniently located near CO Springs area. The neighborhood was nice. Gas station located right behind house is clean and well kept. There is a privacy fence which helps to give a feeling of seclusion for outdoor enjoyment. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen that we have found in a rental. Spices left which is a blessing! We enjoyed cooking here! We were bummed that fireplace did not work just for the fun of it but the house stayed a comfortable temp. It is well decorated. Very CLEAN! Comfortable areas to hang or eat. Beds comfortable. Suitcase stands. Laundry detergent provided. A few extras: hair dryer and shampoo. Overall great DEAL!

Cozy place with great sights around it. Host would check in with me regarding my needs but also respected my privacy! Place was very clean and had everything we would need for our few days stay. Would definitely stay here again!

I went to Colorado Springs to meet up with some friends and booked Dwayne’s place for a couple of days. His place is cozy and welcoming. It’s in walking distance to down town springs( 5mins drive) to night life and restaurants. It’s close proximity to a lot of the attractions for all your outdoor activities. But if you’re planning on visiting Colorado Springs Dwayne’s home is a nice place to stay for your visit.

I had a really great stay and could tell how much thought and detail was put into stocking the airbnb for guests. I was happy to find that there were basics often overlooked when staying at airbnbs, such as laundry detergent, olive oil and spices for cooking, etc. These small things make a big difference in making an airbnb cozy and easy to stay in. The place was really clean and well-kept, and I appreciated the parking spot reserved for the unit. There's lots of close access to shops, coffee and restaurants (I recommend Story Coffee just down the road!) and would definitely stay here again!

It was a comfy smaller home. That being said it has everything you need and we enjoyed our stay. The brewery and shops across the street were great too!

This property was great. The location was nice and peaceful. Enormous yard with outdoor amenities. Would definitely stay at this property again.

We chose this location for a family wedding in the area. This unit far exceeded our expectations for comfort. The unit is impeccable, with comfortable furniture. Everything you could want is there. The host goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome before arrival by being communicative and leaving great instructions. There were even snacks there to welcome us. The location was perfect for our agenda. All the little extras such as an abundance of towels, tissues available, coffee in the unit, in addition to the delicious snacks, made this a wonderful choice. With family in the area, we would easily choose this unit again for future visits.

We enjoyed our stay and everything was as expected. Beautiful view of Pikes Peak from patio doors. The unit was clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable host was responsive. Would stay here again.

Had a great time staying at the back cottage. everything we needed was in the home, and we amused ourselves by playing life between outings. We loved the space and had a great time in Colorado :)
