It was great! Everything is beautiful, the house was clean and tidy, Mrs. Gioena who welcomed us had the house already with the heating due to the cold and we found it a very kind gesture on her part! The linens, towels and everything clean, he also told us that we had food, coffee water and other things in the kitchen at our disposal! It's been a great stay

Francesco was very communicative and provided instructions in advance, even for parking, which is 3 minutes walk to the apt. We were greeted by Gemma, who provided also helpful information. This is a 5 star location with view to the Cathedral. We could have enjoyed more walking around this cute town, but we were here to visit relatives, but for anyone looking for a cute relaxing town, Francesco’s place is the spot!

Marilena had more than adequate rolls and other snacks for us when we arrived which was very helpful as it has been a long day of travel. Very quiet and secure. Cannot say enough about the location. Just off the pedestrian shopping area which is also loaded with history. The Roman arena is about a ten minute walk. Shower stall might cause some a problem if they can't fit through about a 14" opening. Other than that, this studio apartment is very nice and has everything you could need. An earlier comment noted they were no windows. There is an oversized front door that is nearly all frosted glass that provides a great deal of natural light into the unit. Would definitely stay here again if we found ourselves in Benevento.
