great stay except there are many tiny ants in the room

Great place

Had a wonderful stay at Michel's place. Location is convenient -- a quick Grab ride to District 1, and a bank, convenience store, and restaurants within walking distance. Neighborhood is safe and walkable, we got to discover underrated restaurants within the area :) The apartment was exactly as described and is well worth the price we paid. It was clean and had everything we needed. Michel gave us very clear instructions for check-in and check-out, we arrived quite early and they were accommodating enough to let us leave our luggage so we could go around a bit. Michel was also very quick to sort out any issues and answer questions :) Overall a pleasant stay and would recommend this to travelers looking for a great deal without being too far from District 1's action

The check in and out process was seamless. Host was very responsible and the accomodation was very close to district 1 and other great local food.
