Monthly Rentals in Phường 7

I unfortunately did not stay at this location, I booked for 12 days and when I arrived and took taxi - the driver said he could not drive in to this location and the taxi driver drove me around and around. I contact Bean and he said I have to walk 10m to get to the house. I canceled the Airbnb and was charged $126 dollars for service fee even though I didn’t stay there . I contact bean and told him I had canceled the place bc 10 minute walk to the house is too far and I don’t feel safe. We later talked realize we had misunderstanding. He meant 10 m=32 ft 9.701 in or 10 steps… not 10 mins - he was able to refund my full booking and I appreciate it. If I knew it was only 10 steps I would had stayed. Also think my taxi guy lied so he can drive around longer for fare fee

I stayed for 3 days on my way out of Vietnam. The apartment was very stylish and well supplied with a comfortable bed and chairs. The shower had good pressure and the water was hot, wifi was good. There are many stores and restaurants within easy walking distance. The airport is a 5 minute drive away. A Grab car cost me $2US with tip. I would return and I recommend this apartment.

Its a great place to stay for short and long term as airport is nearby great for travellers. Would love to come back. Lovely host!

If you’re looking for an alternative area to stay in Saigon other than District 1 or have an early morning or late night flight to catch, this is the place to stay. It’s only a short 10 minute Grab ride from or to the airport, yet still within walking distance to fresh markets, D Hoang Sa riverside coffee row and the Tân Định pink church. Check in was a breeze. Although the security guard speaks very little English, Michel had briefed him with all the necessary informations to avoid miscommunication. The apartment itself is simple, has a nice view of downtown in the distance, and what I like the most: plenty of space to unpack and repack my stuff before my flight out of Saigon.
