Monthly Rentals in Phlu Ta Luang

Very nice flat, spacious place. We rented for the Rolling Loud festival, it was very easy to get there. But otherwise, the location to the nearest shops is quite far away, walking more than 25-30 minutes. The apartment was clean except for the muraves that ran throughout the kitchen. I hope hosts can do something Otherwise, we were extremely happy with this place and recommend the place to stay. Thank you!

This is a very nice accommodation with a wonderful balcony. The building is well maintained with, among other things, a swimming pool and a very basic gym. On the ground floor there is a small restaurant which I liked a lot. They can cook food that you can take up to the balcony if you want. If you go to the right as you leave the area, it's a bit of a walk, there is a small 7-eleven store. In the other direction towards Pattaya, there are a couple of larger shops, but it's a long way to go. It goes Songthaew to Pattaya city and back towards Ban Amphur.

We stayed in Lasse apartment for 3 weeks and had a great time ,the view from the balcony was great you could watch the local fishing boats come in everyday and there was always something going on if you just wanted to chill with a coffee or something stronger.The local night market is a 10 minute walk away and there are plenty of small supermarkets close by.We did have a problem with the kitchen tap not flowing properly but we were informed they had a leak in one of the roof tanks .Be aware the only hot water is from the shower which I thought strange but my son who lives there tells me this is normal added bonus it does have its own washing machine.
