Amazing place near dubai mall and the metro station! The view from the apartment is breathtaking and even better from the pool/top of the building!

Everything was perfect! We were warmly greeted upon arrival. The location offers a stunning view. We enjoyed the New Year’s fireworks, both from Bluewaters and the Palm, which can be seen from the nearby kids’ playground. Highly recommend!

If you like an awesome big balcony with a spectacular sunrise, look no further. And it’s low enough to enjoy looking at the beach and sea. We were pretty demanding at the start and they bent over backwards to accommodate our requests. Impressive!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was spotless and very convenient to get to, with everything I needed close by—pool, beach, and a grocery shop just a short walk away. Irina was an amazing host—super responsive and incredibly flexible, which made the whole experience even better. Best service ever and best place

Wonderful stay and excellent service

Had a pleasant stay with Gemstay Vacation Homes. The host was very available and responsive, and I really appreciated the flexibility of the welcome as well as the warm support of the staff, very efficient. The apartment offered a very nice view of the Marina, a lively area with many activities, shops and restaurants nearby. In addition, it is located not far from the Marina Mall which is very convenient. The apartment itself was clean, tidy and perfectly equipped, which made my stay even more comfortable. I highly recommend it and would not hesitate to come back!

This was our first time in Dubai and we were not disappointed at all. Clean, great views, and the beach is across the street. Dmitry was an excellent host answering any questions we had quickly and giving us detailed instructions for check in/out. The location is excellent: many attractions, restaurants, and shopping opportunities are easily accessible. The connection to public transport was also a huge plus. A special thanks to our host, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. Every question we had was answered immediately, and we felt welcome from the very beginning.
