Outstanding stay with a fantastic host who ensured we had everything we needed! The location couldn't be better, and the apartment's excellent amenities made us feel right at home. The breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa were the perfect backdrop to our Dubai adventure.

Fantasic apartment with great sea view , swimgpool and private beach was amazing , living room and all bed rooms have balcony which gives you the direct view of sea , kitchen fully equiped more over the host irina was very cooperative from the time we checked in,i highly recommend this property who wants stay in palm jumeirah, i would surely like to visit again ,All thanks to irina for hosting us.

The apartment's location is awesome - JBR and Marina are both walking distance. The view from the apartment is also amazing, and the interiors are just as the pictures show - clean, tidy and useful. Gemstay is also extremely responsive as a host. Highly recommended for a short stay in this prime area.

Title: Fantastic Apartment in a Great Location – Highly Recommended! We had an amazing time in this apartment! The accommodation was exactly as described – clean, modern, and tastefully furnished. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax in Dubai. The location is excellent: many attractions, restaurants, and shopping opportunities are easily accessible. The connection to public transport was also a huge plus. A special thanks to our host, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. Every question we had was answered immediately, and we felt welcome from the very beginning. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Dubai. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The stay was phenomenal. The host is very kind, helpful and responsive. The flat has it all, very clean, spacious, well decorated and well equipped. All was functioning with high standards. The pool is a dreamland for water lovers. And the location is so convenient. Thanks to the whole team.

It was very nice to stay at this AirBnB and Nihal was very nice, kind and available. I stayed here for a few days whilst attending the Gulfood fair. It was very accesible by the metro. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Wonderful Stay! I had a fantastic week at Urban Oasis at Business Bay! The apartment was modern, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. While it was a bit compact for a two-bedroom, the smart layout made it work well. The building amenities were excellent, adding to the overall experience. The location was convenient, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient. Overall, a great place to stay in Business Bay—highly recommended! Would definitely book again.

I had such a wonderful stay! The apartment was absolutely lovely—beautifully decorated and cozy, making it feel just like home. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to the most amazing beach surrounded by charming cafés and restaurants. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail was impressive.
