House vacation rentals in Philadelphia

We had a lovely, cosy holiday stay with beautiful decorations and extra goodies to make it even more festive. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the beds were super comfortable. Kathleen responded rapidly and super kindly to all our questions. A great pick!

We had a wonderful family holiday gathering at A.J.’s place in Nether Providence. A beautiful home that was very conveniently located and comfortable for a large group. A.J. was helpful and communicative. A real find!

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

The game room was absolutely amazing and the hot tub, also a highlight . We loved the bar and the frosted glassware. The hosts were present/available without being at all intrusive. There were ample bathrooms and shower facilities with towels a’plenty. The beds were comfortable and the fire place,an unexpected bonus. The kitchen facilities were roomy and fully stocked. It was clean, comfortable and tons of fun- worth every penny 😊

Other than the Flyers memorabilia (Go Caps!) the stay was excellent. Great house in a great location!

This was the perfect house for my whole family. We came to celebrate my brother and his wife’s baby shower. The house was very homey and extremely spacious for all of us.

Heidi was a wonderful host. She went above and beyond and made our night out so special. She was extremely proactive in reaching out to us. Directions were easy and clear. On top of all that this cottage was STUNNING. It has been renovated beautifully. From the custom builds, the custom tile in the bathroom, the beautiful bright kitchen to the tasteful decor throughout the home. It felt like we were staying in an interior design magazine. The space is so peaceful and beautiful. My husband and I also had a fun night playing with some of the board games in the cupboard. We hope to get another night away in the summer so we can take advantage of the pool next time. 10/10 lovely stay all around.

We had a lovely week staying at George's place. The location was convenient for visiting nearby family, as well as attractions such as the Brandywine River Museum and Bombay Hook for birding. We even took the train into Philly one day, and that was easy and fun. The house itself is very clean and comfortable, and well-stocked with the basics. Our bed may have been the most comfortable I've ever experienced as an Air BnB renter! Thanks, George, for sharing your home!

We had a fantastic two-night stay at Lombard Place! The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful, with charming buildings and a safe, walkable atmosphere—everything we wanted to see was just a short stroll away. One of the biggest perks was the garage parking, which made our trip so much easier since we didn’t have to worry about street parking. The room itself was cozy and romantic, with plenty of space for my husband and me. It was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and even had an interesting collection of books to browse through. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary snacks and drinks—such a nice touch! Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, and if we need to stay overnight in Philly again, we’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

We felt right at home at Junior’s place! The decor was really cool, and the space was very welcoming and friendly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone planning a trip to Philly!

Bo and Bills place was great! It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Although we were there in inclement weather, the backyard was beautiful. They were extremely communicative and easy to work with. Check in and check out was a breeze. I would highly recommend their place for any stay in the KOP/Philly area!

I love when the homes are fully furnished and comfortable. Pretty much everything was there. We didn't need much. Great location for sports. Parking can be tricky but never impossible. One other thing. Thu was extremely responsive start to finish! Thank you!!

What a great space! lots of different areas to the house, beds were very comfortable and the back yard is nicely private.

Location was very close to subway stop. Many excellent dining options within walking distance. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Very nice accommodations for the price point.

This is apartment is spectacular. It looks exactly like the photos. It is big and beautiful. I only had a problem with the neighborhood which was more rundown than expected. Looks like it is in the process of gentrification. Location has a very South Philly vibe. Host is very strict on check out. Parking was a challenge but was manageable. I would still rent again without any hesitation.

What a GORGEOUS home!!! it was so perfect for our big group. Everyone felt comfortable! We will definitely be renting again!!

The place was clean and cozy and perfect for our trip. The subway is only a minute away, although be careful because it only runs roughly once an hour. We were two couples staying and there was more than enough space to be comfortable for the weekend. Thanks Tsahai!

I had a fantastic stay at Ying’s Airbnb in Philadelphia! The apartment was absolutely beautiful—well-kept, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and Ying was an incredible host. She was very responsive and made check-in and communication seamless. Brandy's place was wonderful! Exactly what we were looking for. Had plenty of space to accommodate all of our guests comfortably and was neat, clean, well-decorated and very welcoming! Brandy was a pleasure to communicate with and was extremely helpful and responsive. 10/10 would recommend!

John’s place was super clean with nice amenities like extra pillows with different firmness (something I really appreciate). John was very responsive and I would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was fantastic and was walkable to most of the things we wanted to enjoy in Philly. Cory was a great and responsive host. Would stay again, especially for a large party!

Lynda was very helpful by warning us about the weather and graciously left us fresh bagels knowing that we'd have little time between our arrival and a funeral service. The house was quiet and the beds were comfortable! We hope to stay there again on our next visit!
