Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Philadelphia

Everything is very nice, a quiet area, although we only went to sleep for a couple of hours. The photos are exactly what you will find. The only thing is that the apartment says it has beds for 12 guests, and it only has beds for 10 guests

The host was very accommodating and quick with response time. They last minute accommodated us with a later check out. The place was cozy and clean! Would definitely recommend.

The place was great!

The property was very easy to access and the check in with a staffed reception desk makes it very easy and convenient. It's close to many local attractions and restaurants and conveniently has a Wawa in the facility for quick groceries and needs. The host is very responsive and their proactive communication with a link to all the information you need is helpful. I highly recommend the space and will use again if back in Philadelphia.

A beautiful space! Looked just like the photos! My biggest concern was the street parking, but I never had an issue finding a spot to park. Would definitely book this place again!

This was a very neat stay! The building is gorgeous and full of historical charm, the room was very ‘builder grade’ bland but plenty clean and free of clutter! Check-in was very easy, no issues and the front desk guy was very nice! Bed was clean, comfortable, in the loft area (I had no trouble with the ceilings and I am 5’11). Kitchen and bathroom had everything I needed. Really appreciate the ear plugs as freedom does ring all night long, haha!Overall great, I would stay here again!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described – cozy, clean, and perfectly located. The cleanliness was impeccable, and I truly appreciated how spotless everything was. Angel, the host, was fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure I felt right at home, with thoughtful touches and great communication throughout my stay. I also loved the privacy, which made me feel completely at ease. Her hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. I would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

What a great find! Rare to find 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and the parking spot was one of the reasons I chose this place and I’m so glad I did. It was quiet inside, probably thanks in part to the 24-hour security on-site. I never made it to the gym but I’m sure it was nice.

Worked out great for family of 3 and a friend to enjoy sports at Wells Fargo, the subway is the next block and was easy on and off. Parking garage was nice to have so we didn't have to keep moving the vehicle or have it out in the open. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Location accessible and within walking distance of everything you need! Great space, the two full bathrooms really came in handy too! Very clear instructions to get in, would stay here again!

Convenient downtown location and a cute urban condo. We enjoyed our 2 nights (despite the cold) in Wilmington. The unit was well appointed and had everything we needed. NIkhil did a nice job decorating and providing small touches to make it feel like home. The upstairs bedroom was great for our kids and the primary on the main level was comfy. Definitely would stay there again!

This is a great unit. Nikhil has thought of every detail and provided wonderful linens, toiletries, drinks, chargers, and the most comfortable bed! The unit is quiet and the off street parking was very convenient.

My friends and I came in town for a festival and had the best stay while in Philly! Jason has a beautiful home and was such an awesome host! I would definitely recommend and/or stay here again myself!

David is a great host and this place is an excellent stay. Spent more time in Philadelphia and King of Prussia, but appreciated the myriad of restaurants around the area of the house. The house was clean and spacious and the pictures were exactly what came with the location. Check in and out was very easy and David was extremely responsive, even checking in to make sure that things were going well. I recommend this home highly as a place to stay and if I come back to the area, this is the first place I’m looking to stay.

Beautiful home, great location! Especially enjoyed the hot tub amidst the city skyline. Children’s play area was appreciated as well as the large dining table.

We stayed here while working the Philly Flower Show. It was a great place to stay and convienent to downtown Philly.

We are repeat guests at Rod's home and always enjoy our stay. The location is perfect, you can walk to many restaurants and shops in Bryn Mawr. Snap pizza and Bubba's Cheesesteak are favorites! The kitchen is well equipped to prepare your own meals, as well. The home is wonderfully clean and cozy with comfortable beds, quality linens, and plenty of seating areas. We will definitely stay here again in the future!
