Monthly Rentals in Petersham

We loved staying at the flat in Elmore Road. Lots of shops and restaurants as well as being close to King Street which has loads more places to eat and shop. Close to train station at Newtown (about 15/20 minute walk - but we are fairly slow walkers) bus stops near by too! The apartment was exactly as described and although being in a busy road, didn’t disturb us. It’s part of the reason we chose it to be close to our daughter and easy access to most places as well as lots going on. Blair and Jan got back to us very quickly if we had a query - very helpful and friendly.

Rodney's apartment was spacious, clean, and bright, making it a comfortable home away from home. The location was great—less than 10 minutes by car to the city and a supermarket near by. There is a fantastic bakery just downstairs that we visited daily. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, even assisting with our luggage during check-in and check-out. We had a fantastic stay! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming unit in Petersham! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the space was just perfect for my partner and I. Communication with the host was excellent, and they were very accommodating, allowing us to check in early. Highly recommend!

Clear check-in instructions, very responsive host and the apartment is very nice, clean and as described with all the basics you could need for a stay. Reasonably close to the train & tram station and very easy to catch a bus too. Close to a few supermarkets and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!
