Cottage vacation rentals in Perth

All previous reviews have mentioned location and they weren't wrong. Close to the beach, parks and the excellent cafes. We enjoyed all the cafes including the Indian/Napalese restaurant across the road. Dinner at a cafe was always followed by a walk exploring the wonderful South Fremantle streets. Everyone in our group mentioned how much they enjoyed the character of the home and how quickly it began to feel like our home. Very happy staying here and definitely would again when we next visit Freemantle.

The cottage was lovely. The surroundings were truly beautiful. It was so lovely to stroll around the gorgeous vineyards. We had an excellent stay.

Junko's cottage is everything an Airbnb should be - a unique experience, not just an alternative to hotel room. Great stay close to the Perth CBD but feels like another world.

The house - This was a wonderful house for a group, which included a large dining area, small outdoor grass yard and separate living area in a cottage built in 1901. There is air conditioning throughout and a well-appointed kitchen. There's a large shower, bath and washing machine. Location - Right outside is a gorgeous cafe and small grocery store (Wholefood Circus), bottle shop and bus stop with frequent service (number 24). The larger supermarkets and the restaurant strip on Rokeby Road are a pleasant 15 minute walk away. Daglish Station is a 15 minute walk or a short ride on the 24 bus. We hired bikes from About Bike Hire in East Perth (10 km away) and road on bike paths all the way to and from the house in about 40 minutes (except for the last little bit on quiet suburban streets). We enjoyed running through King's Park, along the river & through the grounds of UWA. The hosts - Everything worked out great, from booking and check-in to departure. We will stay again.

This place is just perfect! It has been beautifully done and is in a sensational location right where all the best restaurants are but still peaceful and quiet. The house is immaculate, comfortable and very easy to maintain.

Gorgeous little spot to base ourselves at Fremantle for five nights. Location can’t be beat and loved the outdoor spots to sit and relax. I was initially worried about the noise of the trains but I didn’t bother or impact sleep. Would be back in a heartbeat.

This was a really comfortable stay! The furniture and decor are so beautiful! The place was so homely and immaculately clean! The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were so crisp and clean it was luxurious! It was the perfect get away I felt like I was in the movie The Holiday with the cosy little fire place! It was so relaxing and peaceful ☺️ I never wanted to check out it was such a romantic setting I will definitely be back! Thank you for your professionalism! Great stay!

The cottage was perfect for our family. Great beds and pillows. The space was great! There’s a lovely park across the road and only a 10 minute drive into Rockingham. Great cottage for families or groups!

Was an amazing stay. Very clear and detailed communication from host, super friendly and very helpful!! Great place to stay and so central. Close to the mall, close to the beach and peaceful area. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Nice and clean and beautiful rooms. The outside area is beautiful and such a nice setting to spend time outside.Thank you for a nice place to stay!!

Very cozy, clean unit with everything you need. The only thing that can make the stay there uncomfortable is the weak water pressure in the shower.

The house is in a very convenient location for access to the beach, Fremantle, and Perth city. Easy walk to Cottesloe shops, the train and the beach. The house and garden were very cool, a nice oasis in the heat. Trudy is very thoughtful and communicative. Our flight was delayed and we arrived late in the evening; Trudy left a few supplies for us.

Gorgeous spot in the hills with everything we needed in this self contained cottage for our family of 5 and Suzi was a lovely and extremely accommodating host. We loved our stay here so did our children. Cottage had all the appliances/amenities we could have needed for our stay and more, and we were very comfortable. Some very special touches we appreciated were: fresh laid eggs from Suzi's local chooks upon arrival, accommodating our 3 young children where Suzi lent them scooters and small trikes to ride around in during our stay, and leaving us DVDs/movies in the cottage catered for their ages! Great little farm stay for any animal lovers like us and the kids loved being able to feed the sheep everyday and meet the duckling and baby chick. We had to extend our stay an extra night last minute and Suzi responded to our queries and quickly accepted our requests, accommodating us with no issues. We appreciated the flexible check out times as well. Thanks so much for having us!

we had a lovely, relaxing girls weekend at Red tail Cottagewhich was just perfect for the 3 of us. The cottage is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean with all the amenities you need. The special touch was having the air-conditioning on when we arrived, so welcoming on a hot day. Thank you Jo & Vincent for providing a lovely property, we will be back!

A great place to stay. It was very warm outside without air conditioning inside but the fans worked well.

This is not only a house to stay but also a big playground. They provide swings, sands, pool and even bouncing castles. The kids really like this place. There are also organic fruit trees, tomatoes and potatoes in the garden. Highly recommended.

We loved the historic home and the stories in each room. A real step back in time. Very comfortable bed and pillows! Everything we needed for a fun weekend - thank you
