Monthly Rentals in Perkins Township

Shannon’s place was just the perfect little home away from home for the weekend ! Everything was clean and it was warm when we walked in. Only issue we had was there is not a kitchen available to you but there is a mini fridge and microwave in the living room so just don’t bring food to cook. Other than that I would stay here any time and would recommend to anyone coming to Sandusky ! Peaceful area and everything you need is within a 10 minute drive.

Wow! I just spent six weeks at this sweet home and loved it! It was bright and clean, well furnished and the host was wonderful. She checked in on me periodically and was extremely easy to reach when needed. The house had everything you could possibly need and the location was perfect. I had never been to the area before and was pleasantly surprised by the ease of getting from the house to anywhere else I could want to go. The neighborhood was quiet and the train was a non-issue. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It is larger than it looks in the photographs and has plenty of common space to share time with friends and family.

Had such a great time staying here! Wonderful getaway close to dining options. Love the up-cycled materials used to make a cozy space.

Was very cozy and homey. Loved the beautiful pictures and enjoyed the books. The vibrating recliner was great on aching joints from all the walking we did!!! Thank you both for the wonderful memories.
