Vacation rentals with a patio in Perdido Key, Orange Beach

I wanted to find a cute spot for my family to stay while we enjoyed our vacation & this was just it! It was beautiful & peaceful. It looked exactly how the pictures and description said it would. Anytime I had a question or reached out they were responsive. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

Lovely 9th floor balcony and view of the beach. Living area and kitchen like new and well furnished. Comfy bed. Easy elevator ride and walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay!

I had an absolutely great stay I had some family over for a birthday celebration and my hosts were more than accommodating and made everything personable even responding to my questions late at night. Making sure we all had parking and even customized our hot tub lighting I can’t say how thankful I am to these two for making the trip memorable and a great one and will definitely be booking with them in the future!

We loved the condo and Joseph and his wife were perfect hostesses. We plan to stay with them again. Everything was convenient and easy to locate and the unit was perfect for our family.

We spent a lovely two weeks over the Christmas holiday with friends and family, and the house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook family dinners, and the knives were sharp! The living room is really welcoming and comfy. It was too cold to spend much time outdoors in the mornings and evenings, but the outside space is large with lots of seating. The house is a short walk to downtown, and near our favorite brewery (Odd Colony) and many good restaurants. Overall, a great value and a pleasant experience!

I can't say enough for this place! We were already looking to see if dates were available next year to rebook. Fun decor, very clean, spacious, huge balcony, great location. I was so excited to finally find a beach place that wasn't decorated in cheesy beach decor! We stayed in January and we practically had a private beach. Quiet, peaceful and great location. Allison was amazing - very responsive! They had even decorated for the holiday coming up (Valentines). We never cooked so I can't speak to whether the kitchen was well stocked or not - other than there were plenty of glasses, mugs and the coffee pot was ready to go. Super thoughtful "care package" with the basics to get us started (roll of paper towels, pack of laundry detergent, pack of dishwasher detergent). Just enough for us to have time to get settled then get to Walmart which was right across the street to get what we needed for our stay. Really can't recommend this place enough and we'll be back!

The time spent was wonderful! I absolutely loved the space and immediately felt comfortable and safe in the peaceful environment. The studio had everything needed and more. I am especially grateful that my little dog was allowed. She loved the yard and taking walks in the neighborhood. Glen and Deanna are terrific hosts. I highly recommend staying at this location.

This was our second time staying here and it was amazing as always. Will definitely be coming back again!! 😁

Caroline’s house was wonderful! House was large and welcoming, with all the amenities anyone would need. The hot tub was so nice and relaxing after the busy day. The yard was private and fenced in, and the dogs absolutely loved it! Caroline even had amenities for the dogs! Caroline was extremely responsive, and always made sure we had what we needed. I don’t think she supplied the “never ever happens” snow storm for us, but being from the north we simply enjoyed the novelty of snow in Florida!! Would highly recommend Caroline as host, and Caroline’s house for a memorable vacation. Thank you Caroline!

Cooper’s Cottage was perfect for us, 2 couples and 2 little dachshund pups. Everything was clean and very comfortable. The backyard is just perfect not only for the pups but for guests as well. We had a great time hanging out on the deck for hours in the evening. We didn’t lack anything during our stay. We will gladly stay here again in our next trip.

Great place to stay the host is very responsive and easy to work with 10/10 recommend.

Greatly enjoyed our stay at Andrea and Ben’s place. We stayed there as temporary lodging while we searched for a permanent home. Andrea was an excellent communicator, was easily reachable, and quickly followed up. Overall a great stay. Would recommend their place to anyone.

The entire place was spotlessly clean and has the feel of a beach condo/hotel. I've never seen linens folded so many different ways! The bathrooms were stocked with toiletries and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything! The only thing I didn't find supplied was deodorant and aluminum foil ☺️. If you have heavy suitcases be aware you must get them up at least one small set of steps. For anyone sleeping in either two upstairs bedrooms, it's just like staying in Paris: not an elevator in sight, but a beautiful room with a spacious balcony to reward you when you've lugged your bag all the way up 😂 We stayed for Pensacon and the walk to the trolley stop at O'Reilly's Pub was less than 10 minutes. Todd & Nicki immediately responded to any questions that came up. I think this is a great spot for anyone spending more than a few days and wanting to explore historic downtown Pensacola without needing to drive around.

In Mobile a lot for work and this is the best place to stay. Me and the crew love it here. Will be back here next time we need a place! Super clean and very helpful!

We recently stayed at lulia’s place. The stay was great and everything was as she described! The place definitely exceeded our expectations and we would love to stay here again in the future! lulia provided great instructions and was very responsive if we had any questions! I highly recommend this place if you are traveling to Gulf Shores!

The view was awesome. The condo was clean and quiet and the perfect place to spend our vacation. Just a walk across the street to the beach with restaurants nearby. If we needed anything, we just had to ask Brandy. The one thing that would be helpful would have more drawer space in the second bedroom. There was plenty of room to hang clothes, but the shelves above were full of extra blankets and pillows. They’re also was no place really put our clothes away. My husband and I basically lived out of our suitcase this week. All in all I would recommend it. It was a perfect place for a vacation and we would definitely come back.

Beautiful home! Kitchen was very well stocked. It was/is exactly as described. It was perfect!

Great communication from the host. The unit was I great proximity to stores, restaurants,beaches and the zoo. You will need a car to get around.
