Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Peoria

It was a nice stay. The home had everything I needed. The view was awesome! Nice and private property. Just what I needed to get away and clear my mind. The kids loved the chickens, all the deer we saw and most of all the giant bean bag! Would definitely stay again. Thanks Oscar

The cottage was very nice, neat, quiet, and comfortable. It worked out perfectly for our stay in Peoria. Charles was very nice to work with and has a helpful binder of things to try in the area of the cottage.

We have stayed multiple times at Shawn’s place. We are comfortable with its location and the home set up. I like having my son upstairs in a quiet area as opposed to a basement. Enjoy walking to shops and coffee/dining. We always feel confident in Shawn hearing our needs if any.

This was a last minute booking as I had to leave my home unexpectedly on a Saturday evening to avoid really bad weather that would have caused me to miss an important meeting I had Monday morning about 45 minutes from Sarah’s place. Everything was super easy and flawless when it came to booking the house and getting check in instructions. The house was peaceful, clean, had everything we needed and a bonus was the TV had Disney+ which my 13 year old loved! The couch and beds were very comfortable which is not always the case with Air B&B’s. My boys and I loved our time there and will definitely be renting again when we come through Illinois.

Another great stay at the Heirloom! We celebrated our Christmas holiday with extended family, and everyone LOVED the place. We ended up having ten of us stay at the house, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and not be on top of each other. We had family decide to come from Colorado and New Jersey, and they all want to know when we will be able to get together again at the Heirloom. They loved going every morning up to the Faire coffee shop on the square, and several trips were made to Lindy’s for food items we needed. Both places were within walking distance, and it was soooo convenient! Also, there was a beautiful Christmas tree that added so much to our celebration!! The house has everything you need including an ice maker in the fridge that always had plenty of ice and a full size washer and dryer. We also took advantage of the Weber gas grill and cooked out as the weather was so mild while we were there. It was a wonderful holiday at the Heirloom! 🩷

Staying here was very relaxing with the outside seating and privacy of the yard. Definitely within walking distance of the downtown area on a nice night.

Stayed in Peoria for the Ledgestone Open Disc Golf tournament. Steve's place was perfect for us as we were playing. Kitchen was clean and had what we needed for cooking. Walmart only 7 mins away. The location was great for all the different courses we had to go to. Steve was quick to respond and helpfull. I highly recommend a stay here!!

We had two families and 3 babies under the age of 3! It was amazing to celebrate an early Christmas while visiting the reindeer farm and big enough for all of us to have our own space! The host was so nice and called ahead of time to talk about the place and all the details. I was so happy with this stay and this will be a place we stay at again when in the area!

great long term stay, less than 10 minutes to any store and shopping. Close to baseball, hockey and museums. A handful or restaurants and Starbucks within walking distance.

Cute getaway. On a main road. But perfectly quiet. Furnishings were very nice. More than we expected.

Will def stay again. Cute - clean place. communication was fantastic.
