Nice little place that fit our needs perfectly.

The mermaid cottage is a quaint little house in a great location. It is located in walking distance to the beach and close to all the local restaurants and entertainment on the beach. It's got all the amenities that you would need outside the comfort of your own home! It's a great little getaway!

I wanted to take my family away for Christmas this year and this was just what I wanted, perfect place for family time. Tiyashi was so attentive she made sure we had all that we needed. Easy walk to the beach, everyone really enjoyed the entire week. My puppy enjoyed learning to navigate the stairs.

We had a fantastic stay at Farrar’s place! The apartment was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach! Farrar provided clear and helpful instructions and has been very responsive to our inquiries, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Farrar’s place!

We spent 1-2hrs on the beach before we even entered the house! This location was perfect!! Close to NAS, 35 min from gulf shores beach for more great food options. The kids couldn’t wait to get in the water (and sand) everyday!

Loved staying at the Purple sunset everything looks exactly what’s shown in the photos. Felt very safe in that neighborhood close to the beach ocean and several nice restaurants was able to walk 3 miles every day. I will definitely be staying again.

Wendy was so accommodating when we needed a comfortable and homey place to go to escape Hurricane Milton’s path on the fly. The home was clean, we had everything we needed, and the nearby beaches were beautiful! We had our dog and cat with us and Wendy had no problem accommodating them as well! Would definitely recommend :) thank you!

The entire place was beautiful and very very clean. The decor was charming with lots of great ocean decorations. The downstairs has a fantastic view from the living room of the sand dunes and ocean. The kitchen is fully loaded . The kitchen table can seat 8 comfortably. The deck off the living room has a table and chairs and several lounge chairs. The upstairs has two bedrooms facing the gulf (one master and one king bedroom). The third bedroom faces the gulf. Beds were comfortable. The views from upstairs were stunning. The best part was that the beach was a 2 minute walk from the back deck. The beach is pristine with long stretches of beach in either direction. If you're into shell collecting, that's the beach to do it. As for restaurants, we liked Sailors grill at Juana's pagoda for breakfast and happy hour drinks. We saw schools of fish and pods of dolphins go by. We will definitely be back!

Great location, some wear and tear on the house but it's near the ocean and is to be expected. Had a few issues that were resolved in a timely matter. All in all it was a great trip

What a wonderful location to have my family together. We enjoyed New Year’s Eve fireworks from the hot tub. The kitchen was thoroughly equipped, everything we needed. From the three year old enjoying the train table, to teens on the arcade games, paddle boards, and kayaks there was always something to do. It was peaceful and beautiful. While at the house, Elizabeth responded within 10 minutes to my questions. A wonderful vacation for the 10 of us.

Loved our stay! Very close to the beach, the sand and water were really nice! The pool across from the condo was amazing and so handy. The kids loved going down to the pond to see the fish and turtles. We would definitely recommend stay here!

Our family visited during our Christmas break. The house was warm and inviting with beautiful views of the sound. It felt like we were home as soon as we walked in. Everything was easy to find and access. We would definitely choose this home again if we come back.

My family was traveling from separate states to meet up for Christmas. Nicholas was friendly and responsive from start to finish. The space was beautiful, cozy, and felt like home. The openness of the space allowed us to be together even from the kitchen. But, the bedrooms were a quiet retreat that brought it all together. The weather and short stay didn’t allow us to get in the pool - next time. Beach access was quick and easy. Ample parking and space. We enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again.

House is wonderful for big family gatherings. Plenty of room and stocked with full of things to keep everyone entertained. The extra AirB&b taxes and cleaning fees were way huge than I was expecting, but the house was great!

Even in winter the location is beautiful! The shuttle to the clubhouse made it convenient to get to the beach, which was wonderful…kids enjoyed playing in the sand. Hosts always responded right away and even ordered a stepstool for our grandkids in the bathroom when I inquired❣️ Hope we can come back in warm weather!

AMAZING STAY! The view from the house is breathtaking! It was very cold this time of year so unfortunately, no water play, but the beach sand is super soft and filled with shells- we enjoyed walking along the shore and hunting for treasure. There is no public access to the beach, so most of the time it was just us out there! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to make meals. Each bedroom was spacious, had a TV, and had its own full bath. Playing cards and puzzles were a fun treat in the evenings while we saw the sunset. Boards, beach chairs, etc are provided but again we did not use it as the water was too cold! Our last night we sat on the beach watching the sunset and saw a pod of dolphins swim by! We can’t wait to return when the it’s warmer! :)

what a gem! This is our first time using Airbnb and our experience with this nice house and Hannah's help we will definitely use again. we vacation at least once a year at pensacola beach but this is our first time with our 3 year old granddaughter and staying at this beautiful Airbnb made our stay extremely enjoyable and a fun time with our granddaughter. will definitely book this clean beach home again. Our family loved our stay here. There was plenty of room for the 13 of us. We loved that we could fish right out back & easily walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home on the water. We loved it. it's awesome to share such a beautiful home with our friends and family. we will definitely stay here again. The sunrise and sunsets are beyond words. You have to see it with your own eyes. The property management team were awesome and helped with any and all questions.
