Villa vacation rentals in Peniche

Very pleasant house,located in a super quiet area and with a pastry/grocery/pharmacy area nearby. Everything was in perfect condition and communication with the accommodation manager worked perfectly. It was the perfect space to enter in 2025.

We highly recommend this place! Everything was just great - the amazing location, the beautiful homey apartment and the nicest host one can expect. Go there if you can!

Everything was perfect.

This is the 2nd time we rent this house with a group of friends for a long surfing week end we do every year, and this is our favorite spot in Baleal, we are so sad when it is already booked. Definitely the best location you can find in the area, it is literally 1 minute walk from everything you need : the different sides of Baleal beach so you can adjust your surfing location any time according to the conditions, you have 3 surf rental and schools, 2 of the best restaurants in the area (taberna do ganhao, and mundano Baleal), you have many snacks, etc... the house is very convenient, and also has an outdoor patio to put and wash the surfboards and clean yourself after the bath. the terrace is great with an incredible view, ideal for you lunch breaks, and your evening drinks. the house itself is big, multiple rooms and bathrooms, and a big living room that can accommodate everyone The host (Rita) is very nice, flexible to adjust your arrival and responsive in the contacts .

Beautiful and cozily furnished cottage with all the necessary amenities in a very quiet village, but ideally located for excursions in the region and only 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches around Peniche. Solange was called us personally and gave us very good tips for restaurants and activities in the region. We would come back in a minute! Thanks again to Solange for the nice stay. Cozy and calm space for two vacation. It was cared for, clean and decorated according to the description and we also had the visit of two very sweet feline tenants in the outer space. Very affable and available host. Estadia 5*, I recommend!

The house is perfect for spending a few days with a family, very quiet and safe area. Very good beaches and also beautiful nearby town, Óbidos, which is worth knowing. The house is in perfect condition as the photos indicate, the only day that did sun in the morning was the day we were leaving so we could not enjoy the pool. Spectacular golf course, the host and the local contact that provided us with the very friendly baby cot and high chair. Everything was perfect and clean! Thank you so much!

Lois's house is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood 10 min walk from the beach, the house is ideal, the kitchen is fully equipped and the beach views are incredible. We had a great time.

A very nice villa with sensational views, lots of space, a nice pool incl. Flamingo. The beach is close including many free parking spaces. We stayed there for 1 week with 4 adults and 3 children. For this, the house, its size and location was perfect. Thank you Mimi for your warmth, your helpfulness at any time and super fast response time. A food recommendation for the restaurant Tibino, which is 4 minutes away by car.

Very good stay in this house with a host who is always attentive to offer us a good address in order to have a good stay. Impeccable house very clean with all the necessities and all in the state of walking with 2 fridge perfect to keep the drinks in the cool washing machine dryer ect ecr basically all the necessities we need to have a good week with clean pool and maintenance done several times a week.

Our group of 8 women had plenty of space in this clean and lovely home. The pool is great, though it was a little too cool for a swim this time. You can see the ocean from the house, and the neighborhood is modern and friendly. It's super close to many other little beach towns with good restaurants, grocery stores, etc. You would need a car to get around. We enjoyed a day trip to Obidos, just 30 minutes away. The house is modern and tasteful, very clean. Host was responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Bonjour, we really enjoyed our 2 week stay in the house which is beautiful, clean and very spacious. The pool and sea quite close by were a real delight for children and adults! We will be back!Thank you for your kind hospitality!

Marco's house is fantastic, it has everything you need. Even kitchen items and cooking utensils. All!!!! Coffee machine, PS2 with games! Persianas with domotica, aa/aa.... Everything works perfect. super clean. It has a good location to visit Peniche (15 min), Nazarê (30 min), Lisbon (1 hour), etc. The weather (even in summer) is cool about 25° so the pool we didn't use it We recommend Marco! Thank you!

My stay was very nice, the villa was lovely and very clean when we arrived. They had lots of local recommendations for restaurants and shops. The resort had shops and restaurants in walking distance and the beach within walking distance.

The best was the communication with Stéphane and Jessica and their reactivity, we felt really warmly welcome and they are always here in case of questions, many many thanks. And concerning the region: perfectly located, very closed to Peniche, a surfer paradise. We will come again for sure.
