Lovely cozy studio with everything you need in a great central location. Gil is always responsive and very helpful! From the balcony you can see the ocean and you are close to everything, beaches, restaurants, market, bakery. The bed is extremely comfy as well.

To echo all the other reviews, this place is a gem. The views from the living room, patio, and roof are amazing. Obvious love and care went into the restoration of the house, and I enjoyed finding all the cat/fish artwork and fun touches everywhere. Arrival by car and parking was surprisingly easy (there’s no need to squeeze through Peniche’s narrower streets) with ample free public parking less than 2 minutes’ walk away. One thing to bear in mind for winter visitors is that the house is heated by portable space heaters and the downstairs (where the bedrooms and bathroom are) never really heats up. This isn’t a problem really as plenty of blankets are provided and you’ll spend most of your waking time upstairs, which stays toasty warm. Thanks again to Maria for such a lovely stay for me and my dog and also to her friendly neighbor who was so chatty and let me practice my baby Portuguese language skills with him.

The house has a beautiful location and is very cozy.. It is optimal to spend some nice and quiet days on the Atlantic with children or friends and surf. Thanks to Graciano, who provides such a beautiful place and takes good care of guests.

We had a great stay at the property! There was really nothing missing and we immediately felt at home. Location is perfect – only 2 min walk to the sea and in a quiet area. The listing was exactly the same as the images. Debora was extremely courteous and helpful. We particularly appreciated the flexible check-in and check-out, which made it easier for us – especially with children. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Very pleasant house for a larger family with children and lots of sports equipment. Spacious with facilities to accomodate all needs - storage, cleaning, drying, cooking, relaxing. Clean and cleaned at no additional cost in the middle of the stay. Very nice host who remembers and fulfills promises and cares of guests´well-being even if requests beyond standard - in our case need for softer mattress due to back problems. Very quick and easy communication. ***** for the place and one more extra * for Rogerio :-)

Absolutely amazing! Stunning views.

We loved it here. The place was Perfect for 2 people. The hosts were the best ever. We received a wonderful welcome package. The surf and beaches were just fantastic. Take warm clothes as the wind can really drop the temperatures. We have been to many places but it’s the only place we can’t wait to rebook. Rickard’s was so helpful and is clearly dedicated to giving all the support to your holiday. So very passionate about the place, we can see why. Such a fantastic vibe. I would say if you love surfing this is paradise if you are a new starter then this is perfect. If you have mobility issues this would probably not be the best place for you due to the amount of walking you need to do. The pictures do not give the location justice. Hire bikes and get exploring it’s breathtaking. Some fantastic restaurants all far cheaper than 🇬🇧. Book and enjoy !!!

Very nice apartment with a well equipped kitchen and nice decoration. The host was available on whatapp for any question. Very close to a supermarket and few nice places to eat.

Erwin and Belle were wonderful hosts. I can’t say enough about their kindness. The house was immaculate. The location is fabulous. Beautiful views and easy access to multiple beaches. We had a great meal at Tugos. We also cooked in the well stocked kitchen. I highly recommend staying here and would come back.

This Air BNB was absolutely beautiful & perfectly equipped for our family of 3. We made the best choice staying here in Peniche. Such a quiet, beautiful spot by the sea. Spectacular sunrises from the top deck, fresh ground espresso in the morning, and the 2 bottles of wine were such a nice surprise. Also enjoyed the convenient access to Bar Do Quebrado on the waters edge, and discovering restaurant D Riaz was a serendipitous success for dinner. 🐟 We love the sea at home in the US in Long Beach Island, New Jersey and realized we are about 3,000 nautical miles directly East from LBI here in Peniche. We hope to return in the future, in the meantime we will tell anyone coming to Portugal about staying here at your place in Peniche.

Ali and Tom are the nicest hosts you will find in Portugal! Attentive, kind, super careful and responsive. Their place is as described, only a couple of dunes away from Supertubes. Not a whole lot to walk to in this area but it is an easy drive to Peniche’s center and all the other beautiful beaches. Awesome place and I’ll definitely stay here again

The apartment was spacious, very clean and new with an amazing view. Pool is just outside the apartment and was clean and not busy at all bit we prefered to be on the beach which is just a short walk from the apartment. The area is beautiful and peaceful and we thoroughly enjoyed the comforts of Peter's apartment.

Great house. Terrace overlooking the water. Kitchen is fully equipped. To the beach it's just 5 minutes. Check in went smoothly. Communication with Sofia was great. Very quiet location. We felt comfortable. Thank you very much.

Absolutely loved our stay at Nannie's house! The location is perfect, with two beautiful beaches just a short walk away. It's also ideally situated for excursions to amazing destinations like Lisbon. We spent a lot of time enjoying the terrace, which was a lovely spot to relax. The house itself is well-equipped, especially the kitchen, where we cooked many delicious meals. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great getaway!

We had fantastic time with our family, staying for 70 days. The highlights: - location next to the cliffs - walkable to restaurants, supermarket and beach/surfing - amazing kitchen and large dining table - very stylish and comfy bedrooms Great for groups and families, will come back.
