Monthly Rentals in Penfield

This listing was great it had everything I needed and was close to everything in town. I would highly recommend staying here if you have the chance!

We booked Tim’s place the morning of our check in because we had some changes to our moving plans. The house was as described and very comfortable. We had everything we needed, and the ability to have garage parking was a huge perk. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the whole space was nicely renovated. The neighborhood was quiet, which we also appreciated. We initially checked out before our stay was up, but due to more issues with our move, Tim was very accommodating and let us stay as we initially planned. We recommend staying at Tim’s house if you are in the Rochester area, you won’t be disappointed!

Kristen’s place was the perfect home away from home while we were in the Rochester area. Great space for a small family - loved hanging out on the cozy couch. The kitchen was great and stocked with all the appliances and kitchen tools we needed. Loved having laundry accessible. And hanging on the back porch was a great way to end the day. Kristen was very responsive to our questions and recommended restaurants in walking distance!

Really enjoyed my stay here - Cheryl was a great host and responsive to my messages. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!
