Gerardo’s flat is in an area which is full of restaurants bars and it feels safe The flat itself was clean had all that anyone may need Most importantly a big bottle of water in the fridge but apart from that tea, coffee some small nibbles which are very important when you arrive late The flat has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a small veranda for breakfast. I loved the place and asked to book again but it was already booked Thank you for the hospitality

Excellent apartment for one or two people, quiet and safe place. The exceptional cleanliness and design of the apartment, make it a cozy and highly recommended place, if I come back for a long stay I will contact you again. Jose is always willing to help and resolve any issues that may occur. Friendly building staff, has guest parking.

Very good experience, good place to stay in a quiet and safe environment. Although it is far from the center, it is more than compensated with the above described. Definitely recommended.

The location is perfect and super safe, the subway is very close. Communication with Claudia was great. The apartment does not have a very good acoustics, it is on the ground floor, next to the reception, and we hear everything that happens in the hallway... despite this, the apartment meets expectations.

The most beautiful and comfortable loft we could have chosen in Santiago. It had everything you need to really make it a home on our trip. The hosts communicated with assertive data of both the listing and suggestions for things to do. 100% RECOMMENDED.

Since the quotation always responded quickly! Local as described in the description, some friends had said that I was in a bad place, but the place is very quiet and close to everything… Rooftop pool, sensational swim and see the andes March I'll be back!

The stay at Ivan's apartment was excellent. Wonderful location, close to restaurants, metro, buses and at the same time very quiet and quiet. The apartment was very well equipped in both the linens and the kitchen. Surely we will recommend it to other people who want to get to know Santiago!

The apartment is as described and shown, it is small, just for 2 people, comfortable, a large and beautiful balcony that has a nice view of the city with some mountain range overlooking the buildings. It's a 12th floor. The host was always nice, luckily we didn't have to disturb her, her instructions were clear and accurate when entering and checking out. It is located near the metro, approximately 500 meters away, safe area, quiet pleasant to walk. I'd recommend this place

Our stay was very good, good location, markets and restaurants nearby, very cozy apartment and served us very well. Marcela was very friendly and took care of us promptly when we need it. I definitely indicate.

This one bedroom apartment on the 37th floor of a modern high-rise has spectacular views of the mountains surrounding Santiago, and includes a lovely terrace for outdoor viewing as well. It is located in a modern neighborhood, in easy walking distance of a wonderful, high-end mall filled with good restaurants, ice cream and luxury retailers. There's a massive supermarket nearby as well if you prefer to make your own meals or mix it up. The host provided very complete instructions in advance that precisely timed our entry and exit from the apartment (coded door lock), and also provided a secure storeroom elsewhere in the building where we left our luggage until the apartment was available. The only weakness is that the kitchen is very sparsely equipped - a few more tools and basic cooking supplies would be welcome. I expect they'll take care of that very soon ;-)!

Nicole's apartment is completely worth it, has a wonderful view of Santiago, access to 2 swimming pools, gym, and in an excellent, very safe area, I definitely hope to return!

We had an awesome stay! The pool is sweet. Amenities, location, and comfort were all top notch. The apartment is quiet and spacious, and the area has tons of great restaurants and is very safe. Jorge was a great host, would stay again.

The apartment corresponds to the photos and description, super airy, spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent, subway, market, restaurants and pharmacies very close by and the neighborhood seemed safe to us. We host more often in the apartment.
