We had an amazing stay at Poliane's place - definitely an oasis in the city. The location was a few blocks from two metro stations (and an awesome trail connection to all the city parks) - and right next to BLOCKS of restaurants and shops. This was by far our favorite neighborhood in Santiago - many cool local shops/etc (SO many!). Inside, the apartment was spotless and perfect for a extended stay (for working remotely too). We enjoyed the balcony and watching the sunset/rise - the view was great (from the 2nd bedroom, you can see the Costanera Tower too!). The bathroom has a spacious shower and plenty of hot water. The bed was very comfortable too. Santiago was such an awesome city to explore by foot (and subway) - super easy to explore. The building was very secure with a helpful concierge. Poliane was an excellent host - always provided assistance when needed. In addition, they had a great personalized website which was a great resource during our stay! Can't wait to return!

Beautiful place! The apartment is very nice, it is improved by the location and quality of the building. The kitchen and bathroom is a 10! For improving the living room furniture, it is very worn and somewhat old. Some chairs have movement. There is also a socket on the way to the bedrooms that needs attention. These are minimal details to improve. Very well-located, close to everything! We would definitely come back!

Carlos has an excellent disposition and good treatment. Your apartment is cozy and nicely equipped. It is centrally located on a shopping street and the remodeling of the old property is very well accomplished! Also take care of details at all levels, even in the quality of the sheets. Totally recommended!

Very good value for money. Key if the goal is to go shopping at the waterfront center. Check in super simple and there is a doorman all day.

The condo was exactly as advertised, in a good way. The area is safe and peaceful and the condo feels like home. More importantly, Carla was very responsive and helpful to all of our needs.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was incredibly clean and cozy, perfect for a mountain getaway. It’s quite high up, so be sure to stock up on groceries in Santiago before making the drive. There were some minor issues with the wifi during a snowstorm, but Valeria was very responsive and helpful in resolving them. The ski storage and locker room were super convenient, and the hot tub was a great bonus after a long day on the slopes. Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommended,spacious,comfortable and very well-equipped apartment . It has a good location and is on the 14th floor,with mesh and glass slide due to security issues, which we really liked. The quiet and ideal environment to rest as a family. Thanks to Claudia for everything, 100% recommended.

Located in a quiet area, the building with security and common facilities such as a very well maintained pool. In addition, Nicolás is always attentive, available and resolving any eventuality quickly. It is recommended.

My stay at Laguna Vista was amazing. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, with easy access to Playa el canelo and nearby shops. Pedro was a very good host, very friendly and attentive, always available for any questions and provide us with useful recommendations to enjoy the facilities to the fullest. Check in and out were very simple which made the experience even better. I would definitely come back to stay here and I would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The depto. Very nice and in a good location. Joel's directions were excellent and the people at the reception very friendly. While we had a theme with the cleanliness of depto Joel, he was willing to improve that look.

I stayed at Jazmin’s place for 10 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. The apartment is clean, well equipped and has a nice balcony. It is in a great location in Vitacura, close to several grocery stores, bars and restaurants.
