Monthly Rentals in Peducelli

There were two of us staying for 10 days. The place was very clean and cozy. It is located in the countryside in a small private settlement and it is quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is an induction stove but no oven. From the balcony you have a very nice view of the sea. Since the place is a bit remote, a car is highly recommended to get to the next place, for example, shopping. Also the pools by the sea were still open in September. The small bay is great for swimming and snorkeling and is within walking distance of a few minutes. There is a free parking spot in front of the house, but you have to walk about 30 stairs. Elisabetta was always very nice and helpful. She had tips and recommendations and was quick to reach. Tip: always close all food well and leave no crumbs on the floor, otherwise ants will come quickly. But it wasn't a problem for us. We felt very comfortable. Thank you.

The full Elba experience here. Views, hills, food and locals all adding up to a memorable stay. Despite arriving late and lost Leonardo spared no effort in making sure we were settled in and had what we needed. Capoliveri is big enough to keep you busy for a few days while also having an intimate character. Bonus to have the historic car rally on our doorstep the last day.

We come to Capoliveri almost every year but this is Alessandro's first time at home and I think we'll be back. The house is very welcoming, clean and with everything you need. From all the windows you can see the sea. The location is close to downtown but in a very quiet and peaceful area. The access staircase is a little steep but still not slippery and with handrails.
